This is the 2nd time I stayed here. Last time I paid 350 Baht so this time when I was told "300 Baht" I asked the lady "Isn't it 350 Baht? I paid 350 Baht last time." She replied eagerly "Yes yes 350 Baht. I remember wrong price. Thank you." The next morning I found the price in August is...

20 mins away from bus station in walking distance. Close to tourism office and night market. We stayed in a fan double room with shared bathroom for 2 nights. The room is clean but it's a bit hot. Luckily, we felt cooler on second day. We guess the fridge and cooler are switched off. Actually, it's more energy saving to...

It is a charming wood-house as one can find in the North of Thailand, and I really liked it. I appreciated the fact that bathrooms and shower were spotless. Charming decoration on the wall, and the nice roof. Only thing, when I was there (I mean that this can be seasonal), starting between 4:00 and 4:30 am there was a...

Look at my reviews and you can see I rarely write bad ones. This is my ninth visit to the wonderful country of Thailand. This is the worst stay I have ever had in this country. First the positives: The attached restaurant across the soi had a friendly, cheerful woman who was a good cook and provided a great place...

This was one of the worst places we have stayed in Thailand. The AC room we booked was dirty. There was mold growing on the bathroom sink, the floor was wet and full of hairs in the bathroom upon arrival , there was no toilet paper, the toilet would not flush (we had to lift the cover and attach the...

Booked Nan Guest House through Agoda at around $AUD20 per night which represented very good value. The guest house itself is in the old Thai traditional teak style and is a little tricky to find, tucked away down a small soi in a typical Thai residential neighbourhood. The room itself was clean and bright of average size and the bed...

Our first visit to Nan coincided with a visit by the Royal Princess so the town was busy. Nan Guest House was in a quiet Soi but within walking distance of the town, river and temples. We stayed in an upstairs en suite room with air con which was very nice. Lots of interesting people staying there and a relaxed...

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay at Nan Guesthouse and was one of my favorite places that I've stayed at in Thailand. The rooms are clean, spacious, and extremely affordable. We ended up staying here for 5 nights, in between some motorbike trips in the area. I enjoyed sitting up on the roof top, relaxing and watching...
