      Stunning

      Stayed for four nights in the presidential suite. Everything was brilliant, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, pool, first class from start to finish. Stunning view from room, private hot tub. Highly recommend this hotel. CheersMore

      Currently staying at this beautiful hotel. Most things are perfect. BUT ... my husband has some disabilities and likes to spend his day in the spa. I made enquiries before booking and was advised he could use the spa all day for no charge. On arrival we found the beautiful new spa - with its unreasonable and inflexible 90 minute circuit (including things he doesn't want) for 20 euro. I asked the spa staff if we could pay for 7 days for my husband to use the sauna and steam room and quiet room ONLY. No. Why? Hardly anyone is going in there at all!!!! This hotel is perfect for us - not much walking for my husband to restaurants etc but we cannot come here again because of this important spa issue. He is using the sauna and steam room in the gym - but they are not very hot! Plus there is no place to relax in there afterwards. This is very disappointing. We are in M107 if the management would like to offer Mr Stevens free use of the Spa sauna and steam room for our last 3 days - or let us pay for it as we offered to do!
