Firstly I am going to address some of the complaints made in earlier reviews. One thing about going to a holiday complex that really annoys me is Brits going abroad and expecting Britain to be there waiting for them, this is Spain, it's a different country, if you want Britain so bad then stay at home, simples! My kids are...

We have just returned from a great week at this hotel. We had been a little worried after reading some of the latest reviews ( although it had fab reviews when we booked it in March) we always go on holiday with an open mind especially if the reviews on T/A change as we know some people have very different...

Just returned from a week all inclusive. On arrival we were told that the studios were over booked so we were very happy to be upgraded to a suit which was amazing. First night when we tried to get a bottle of water we were told if we wanted a bottle rather than a glass we would need to pay....

This hotel has its good & bad points to be fair . Rooms are very basic but clean , no air-con just a fan which could fly off the wall at any moment . The pools are very good , one family pool & one quiet pool . The hotel is in a nice area of Costa Adejè . The...

I read all the previous comments and although I agree it is a bit of a mission to get into the complex. Not the hotels fault, as I think the rep or driver should give you the heads up. Use the intercom and walk in. This gated feel keeps the hotel secure and i like that. The room was spotless,...

That statement alone should have warned us of the outcome of the holiday. How First Choice could have allowed this to be in the all inclusive section of either the web or catalogue was unbelievable, having been to many others this was NOT as stated. It did not have any areas for anyone to sit whether it was too hot or...

Stayed here July 2016 with my son aged 10. The food was good but I'd prefer if it was warmer. The all inclusive gives you all food set times plus drinks throughout the day from pool bar 11am to 11am but it could do with the extra hour opening to all inclusive users. Dorada local produced alcoholic and non alcoholic...

Absolutely shocking excuse for an all inclusive hotel. On arrival there are no signs on where to go to reception, you are left outside big double gates with barely a name of the hotel on show. The rooms were very basic but clean which was a positive. One room had a broken fan so was like a sauna, and although...

Thompson/first choice should be ashamed to put their name to this hotel. Most of the reception staff are down right rude. The food quality/variety is poor. If you like undercooked pork/chicken then you are in for a treat. We ate out so we could have hot food instead of warm! The non-exsistant daily activities and the left over tasteless cakes...
