Stayed here 16th - 23rd April. Nice little hotel, great for families. Long walk to the beach but doesn't really matter as the free bus service is regular and pretty decent times. Not much to do in the area (you can go over the road to the sister hotel which has entertainment but we didn't) but again, not a problem...

I have stayed here twice and I would highly recommend, its clean (daily housekeeping). Lovely pool area, both heated (small pool) and one large cooler pool. The food at the pool bar is delicious and very reasonably priced and the staff are lovely. There is a big walk up to these apartments which you might want to bear in mind...

We stayed at the Neptuno aparthotel for 7 nights, returning last Thursday. We were skeptical about staying here after reading the mixed reviews on trip advisor. We really enjoyed our time here, staff were very friendly and helpful at all time. The apartment was kept clean, which is a must having young children. We didn't try the food as we...

This is nice quiet family place with good pool for kids. The little bar/cafe is good and serves surprisingly tasty food even though it is basic dishes. One problem we experienced were cockroaches in both our rooms. When reported we were told they would fumigate the place but the same problem occurred a couple of days later. The rooms are...

Stayed August 2016, travelled as a family with 2 children aged 9 and 10 and two other families both with small children. Hotel was quite out of the way and was a long walk especially for people with young children, it was at the top of a steep hill. You also had to use a bridge that went over a...

hotel was lovely . we had a superior apartment and were very happy with everything . its up a steep hill so taxi back up is probably the best bet if you have been down to the bars and had a few drinks , only about 4 euros though so well worth it . pool and bar area clean and...

We booked the only apartment with a large balcony over the bar. The room and I general everything is clean. The staff were well meaning but are going through motions of being hospitable. The music at the bar was loud enough to get in the way of a normal conversation, and it was unfamiliar American rock! The badminton courts had...

Booked a late deal and got a great price for the apartment and flights. The apartment was dated but not too bad. It was very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were great, bar staff not so.. The happy hour finished at 5pm and didn't get the reduced offer as when I go served it was 1 minute past even...

I won't boil the ocean with my review as most of it has been said. Stayed with my son and my Dad for a week. Good Points: 1. Our room was a modernised one and it was amazing! Freshly painted, overlooking the sea, massive, spotlessly clean and probably the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in for holiday. 2. Very...

Me and my Mrs had 5 day break in Tenerife and stayed at the Neptuno. Lovely stay, friendly staff, clean, good room, not bad at all for a no frills hotel. Yes there is a hill to climb but you cannot have it all. Would stay there again.
