The walk either way from the back of the hotel is slightly undulating but not very steep unless you have big mobility issues. From experience, definitely less steep generally than Costa Adeje. There are very few seats on the walk to the left, along the coastline to Lapad but more on the walking track along side the Dubrovnik President hotel. Bus stop is an easy walk as long as you take the route directly opposite the hotel's main door otherwise quite an incline to the main road and you don't need to do it as the stop opposite is the terminus.
