We didn't get involved in any entertainment as there is plenty to do in Tenerife. The beach is 10 -15 minute walk and the hotel also has two nice pools. At the side of the reception area, there are reps with all the info you need for visitor attractions. There are loads of local shops and restaurants near by (walk along the beach front). We just used the hotel as a base but went out every day. Go to the harbour and hire a jet ski for a real blast!

Kelly, the staff seemed fine to me and I see no reason why they won't do this for you - just ask them. The rooms at the front are better than the back, which have no sea views. The hotel is OK but certainly not the best in Tenerife. But don't worry about it, the location is its best asset - a short walk to the beaches and great shopping/eating places.
Have fun x
