Hotel is just a short walk outside Cangas and rooms are good only lacking air conditioning but they did leave a fan in the room. Loads of parking which was helpful as Cangas can get busy. The hotel receptionist was very helpful and spoke excellent English and he suggested a few places to visit locally which were great. Would definitely... More

Great hotel in Cangas de Onís! Room is big and comfortable. Shower is huge! No AC in our room, but it wasn't too hot. Short walk to the city center. Parking available. Great place to stay if you go to the Sunday market!

We chose this nice little place a week before when driving to Covadonga. This is a 4 star hotel which claims to have air conditioning. Well, they do not have it. Instead they have some sort of cooling in the floor. This you can not notice at all. We opened the window in stead. Luckily it was not that hot.... More

Stopped here for two nights while travelling around the picos area. Staff very welcoming and helpful . The car park is s a real bonus as trying to find a space in the town is almost impossible. The walk into town is just 5 mins. Rooms were spacious and the shower very powerful. Very quiet at night unlike most hotels... More

I stayed here with a few friends on a motorcycle trip, not booked in advance, literally just an overnight stay. No air conditioning in the rooms doesn't help when outside its in the high 20s and curtains in the room that do not stay closed does nothing to keep the heat out. However, we are advised the rooms have under... More

The hotel is just a little way out of the town, about a 10 minute walk. It has a plus of free parking. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and with a great shower/bathroom. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Very few people in the hotel when we stayed. We had a great... More

In country Europe it is easy to have low expectations and just accept the accommodation for what it it, country accommodation . This is a delightful boutique hotel situated a 5 minute walk from town past the roman bridge along the way. The owner was extremely obliging and rooms are clean and well appointed. Very comfortable and well worth seeking... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days during our stay in Cangas de Onis. The hotel is easy to find, centrally located and our stay there was amazing! The breakfast croissants they served were delicious and and the cafe con leche and fruits were plentiful and delicious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The... More

A very good, no-frills hotel. Rooms and staff are definitely four-star... Other facilities more basic. Good things first: friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff (for those of us with limited Spanish); very well-appointed, clean, comfortable rooms; instant hot water in the large bathrooms; free wifi; lots of easily accessed power points; plenty of on-site parking. The negatives are minor: there's no restaurant,... More

A nice boutique hotel just a short walk from the centre of Cangas de Onís. The bedrooms are really lovely and the shower rooms are spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was good and is the only meal provided. It is not a full service hotel. There is no restaurant - the cafeteria is a bar and does not serve food, other... More

“Don't be afraid of ground floor rooms - they are as good as the others, have a lively garden outside and back door to parking lot at the same level. Plus, you will be the first to reach breakfast room in the morning.”

“I would check in early and ask what rooms of your type are available at the time of check in. Ask for a single bed vs a twin and make every effort not to get a ground floor room near reception.”
