A rather tired resort, a three and a half hour drive from Cebu! Is it worth it? It is secluded, on the beach, with a great pool and dive shop. We spent two nights there and it was ok. It is affordable by western standards but the owners need to invest in the property. Service, is glacial at best. We...

I stayed here with my husband after visiting his family for the holidays. We arrived a bit early so we decided to enjoy lunch at the resort's restaurant. We ordered a stir fry dish and a burger. After waiting for 45 minutes I asked if our food would be ready soon. The waiter only said, "No it's not ready" after...

I booked one of their suites which looks very nice at first sight. The suite is modern, spacey and has a high quality, very comfortable kingsize bed. Unfortunately the room is not well maintained. Tried to use the shower and the bathtub, but both needed to be repaired first before usage. Some light bulbs are already busted and the aircon...

the reason why we stayed at club serena resort is because it is well lighted hahaha me and my friends were staying at the resort beside it but we were spooked by that resort and when we saw how well lighted club serena is, we decided to transfer immediately haha Its a good resort for honeymoon'ers :) the place is...

They don't allow my visitor friends to use my room. Food takes a long time. Calling the reception is difficult to reach. Value for money? Not sure about that. Way too expensive. The upside is the ceiingless bathtub.

The place is great they have attention to detail, even the water pots have intricate patters of flowers put in them. They have these beds near the pool great for just chilling out and drinking by the beach, you don't have to pay to lay on them since we were just waiting for our food to be served. For 2...

We stayed one night at this resort. You walk right out the back onto the beach and into snorkel heaven. The restaurant/bar was a lovely open-air area. The food was average. There were two swimming pools. The room was gorgeous and modern. We had a bit of a snafu with the in-room safe, it was in disrepair, but we worked...

This hotel has 2 room categories, one which are the older bungalows and the other which are the new modern style fancy rooms. The beach is only 50-100 feet away & the housereef is spectacular. The beach chairs are actually inside the resort's fences, but only steps away from the beach. Like anywhere else in the Philippines, food in the...

Moalboal has been a common get-away place for me since I just lived 4 hours away from this beautiful place. I decided to stay in this hotel for the reason that I want to try and check their amenities and surprisingly I proved that it's not just an expensive hotel in the island but the amenities inside and outside your...
