Mary was a delightful hostess with tea and specially baked bread and scones awaiting us on our arrival and pastries packed up for us to take as we left. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. Mary provide great directions for local sights and a history and interesting information about Cong. She suggested dinner at the Inn at Ashford Castle...

Stayed for one night for a nearby wedding. Although I only spent a short amount of time in the house it was a lovely experience. The welcome was warm and genuine, the room was cosy and the location great. Mary even posted down my electric toothbrush when I left it behind...brilliant. Hopefully next time I stay it's for a little...

From the moment we set foot in Nymphsfield House and received such a warm welcome from Mary our hostess we knew it was going to be a brilliant stay. Having been shown to our room we were immediately offered tea. Mary had such a wonderful spread for afternoon tea. Delicious homemade hot scones & tea. Mary gave us great advice...

I am a very slight sleeper, but this was the most quiet and peaceful BB on my two week trip in Ireland, so I had a wonderful sleep. Mary is simply a delight, such a cheerful friendly lady - once you meet her, you just feel she is a good friend. Breakfast was also excellent, wifi worked well, parking easy,...

Fantastic B&B. Mary truly makes your stay feel as a family member. The best afternoon tea time of any of our four B&B stays while on vacation. Mary will serve a breakfast that will blow you away. You can watch the neighbor's dog herd the sheep out the window of the end room.

Stayed at this delightful B&B on the 26th of August. This is accommodation as it should be. Great breakfast. Super room. And a delightful welcome from the evervescent host. There should be a Mary in every Bed and Breakfast. From Stephen in Kanturk Co. Cork

Lovely house in quiet rural location about 5 minutes drive from Congo. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed. We were the only guests as the owner was off to Dublin the next day, we were made to feel welcome although we were concerned that Mary had delayed her travel plans so that we could stay. Her local knowledge was...

We were visiting Cong for a family wedding. The excellent service began before we arrived with instructions as to find the place. As soon as checked in, we were offered a cuppa. We were then told exactly how to find the venue for the wedding. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was monumental! An especially nice touch was...
