Nice location to visit the forests of the Veluwe. Overall its a quite place. The Chalets/bunks are separated in four rooms. During the night you hear the neighbors, but also the owls from the forest. When the weather is good enough to sit outside its a lovely place, to listen to the bird sounds.

We had such a good time. Nice location, really welcoming staff. We did a puzzle tour with pictures. Then delicious eaten 3-course menu. Have a nice drink. Slept in the chalets. With 2 people fine to do, with 3 it becomes a bit more difficult because then someone has to go to the loft. But in the end all slept well. The next day, after a nice breakfast, first a scooter ride with electric scooters. Choice of puzzle tour or 2.5 hour route. Very nice too. Someone from our club had fallen. And all they asked was “are you okay” no fuss about the scooter that was damaged. Upon returning the afternoon tea was ready. Well cared for and tasty. Then the escape room which we didn't do anything but the fun was great again. That's how 2 super fun days came to an end. Especially thanks to the employees of the Veluwe Poort. Highly recommended.

Nicely located cozy wooden houses. Very clean shower, seemed brand new! We really enjoyed our stay, but due to the wooden construction with no isolation you can clearly hear the other guests in their rooms, even their ‘nightly practice’, quite well I must say. 🤔

Breakfast buffet was decent, but not included in the price. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The accomodation was reasonable but a bit overpriced for wooden cabins. We chose the complex as it comes across as a multi activity wonderland. Probably better for organised groups. Read the small print which is in dutch so be careful. We were told we could use the tennis courts but when we asked again, we were told it was only for use by members. The manager then told us on our check out that we should not have been told this. He was arrogant and rude and did not seem to be bothered about his guests. Will not be returning to this place.

Such a great place to stay! The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived late (11pm) and were warmly greeted and shown to our room. The breakfast is excellent and there's enough food to keep you going until dinner. The evening meals and deserts were also delicious and well priced.
Our little cabin room looked into the national park and it was so lovely. We went walking through the park each day, so refreshing having it literally on your doorstep! Very warm and comfortable room, fresh towels every 2 days, tea making facilities in your room, and TV which is in English!
Perfect for a quiet get away, but easy enough to walk into the town to the shops and cafes/restaurants.
Patrick kindly gave us a ride to the train station when we checked out as he said the footpaths were slippery from the rain.
Cannot compliment the staff enough. Thank you!

This was our family car trip in Europe and we were on the way to Amsterdam. Since we had our 4 years old son with us, we were trying to have an adventure and visit as many Family Entertainment Parks and Facilities as possible. On our way, we had a need to stay somewhere close to this location and have chosen this venue. It was nice to have this house to ourselves. It was heated and had two levels. Son just loved it, since he has his own tree house back in Russia and this reminded him this. We loved that everything is made from ecologically friendly materials, ben though it was very small, which I can call COZY as well. For those who love adventure and not looking for luxury, but family fun and into country style this is a good place to stay.

Beautiful holiday accomodation in Dieren, just few kms from Veluwe national park. You can stay in confortable wooden houses, with private bathroom. The sport center where Polysport is located makes the stay very "young"!

With the Veluwezoom a stone’s throw away from your door, staying in this hotel made for a perfect stress-free break.

Whilst it’s not your typical hotel, the room we stayed in was very pleasant and clean. It was small and basic but had a small flat screen TV, excellent WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities and a (kind of noisy) refrigerator.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help. We hadn’t been to the Veluwezoom before so the staff were quite happy to give us directions as to where we’re best going.

The restaurant is understandably small with so few rooms, but the food was nice.

We hired a bike from the hotel which was perfect for our 5-6 hour cycle through the national park, very comfortable and well maintained.

If you’re going without a car, the main bus stop is a 10-15 minute walk away (especially with luggage). We used the bus a few times to take us to Apeldoorn (40-45 minutes away) and into Dieren Centrum (2-3 minutes away); though we discovered it is a very easy walk to Dieren Centrum :) From the same bus stop, you can head in the opposite direction to Arnhem if you want to see a different city.

On the whole, a very pleasant stay and was exactly what we were looking for in being so close to the forest area. I would absolutely go and stay there again.

Perfect place to relax after a long hiking day
If you arrive walking on the ‘Veluwe Zwerfpad’ you end up in front of a fence. Check with the reception for the code of the fence, so you don’t have to walk all around this place.
Restaurant with terrace on premises. Friendly staff. Some noise from rooms adjacent, but we had a very good night rest.
Deer and wild boar around the corner.

The room is awesome and really gives you the atmosphere of countryside. Its near a gate that gives you access to the national park, awesome for walking d cycling. The staff was a bit lost, they didnt know how long we would stay and how much we had to pay, so it took us a while to get to the room. The room was pretty clean, the upper floor wasnt though, luckily we didnt have to use it. We found out later that the light switch was not working, so we only had the lamps to light the room. It can be quite noisy, you can hear everything from the other rooms, specially moans haha. In the check out they tried to charge us 30 euros from snacks and bike rent that we didn't order, we didn't have to pay in the end, but it was a bit annoying to argue about that.
