We stayed here, sadly for only one night, when we were visiting the Normandy landing beaches with some American friends. We were the only guests on this occasion and had a double room and a triple room. The rooms are very comfortably furnished in a quirky antique style. Beds are very comfortable and well made and the bathrooms are modern,... More

Hugette and Richard couldn't have been more perfect as hosts. The old manor house has been lovingly restored by Richard. We were welcomed upon arrival with a bottle of wonderful Normandy cider that was shared with our hosts. The rooms are large and furnished with modern conveniences. Breakfast was ultra-sumptious, we were feeling guilty as we could not even make... More

Le Manoir is an absolutely gorgeous historic old house, and it was a privilege to be able to stay there for 3 nights. The property is in a small and peaceful rural community, and the grounds are beautiful and well-tended. The rooms were fit for a prince/princess! They were very spacious and comfortable, decorated very elegantly with antiques. The ensuite... More

This is a beautiful, old, peaceful medieval manor with very friendly owners. We spent a very pleasant evening here, after seeing the D-day landing beaches (which are very close by). There are even 4 Germany WWII bunkers right in their back yard! This is in a very calm location, in the middle of farmers' fields in a tiny town. They... More

The manoir is close to the Landing beaches of Normandy, close to bayeux and other historical places. The owners are friendly, helpful, the breakfast is excellent. The room were large, clean. The bed was very comfortable. Since the manoir is in the country, it was heavenly quiet... I would recommend this place to my friends...

This place was a bit difficult to find but a lovely man from the area let me follow him in his car and took us there from the main street in Ver sur Mer. We stayed near the Vimy Memorial area to see where my grandfather fought in that battle of 1917. Juno Beach and all the other Normandy beaches... More
