Hotel is good, location is also good. But the hotel is currently running by very small number of staffs. Restaurant is running by one guy. Number of items are very few. In lobby I saw only one person at a time. There is no security in parking area. It was open, door was always open and there is no guard.

If you are thinking to stay in this hotel please FORGET it, the Chalet room was horrible as there were FOOTPRINT ON THE BEDSHEET as well as SMELLY ROOM. Please avoid this type of service or business. Huge DISSAPOINMENT as they should tke this opportunity to get back customer after the PANDEMIC and this is what we as customer get which is DIRTY & UNPROFFESIONAL service by their staff. One of the receptionist just straight away was being very defensive and not even apology about the DIRTY ROOM and keep saying it's the HOUSEKEEPING mistake and it was not her fault. As a customer, I only deal with u and not your housekeeping so make sure that APOLOGY is the key for everything even if its not your fault. Overall, my CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE with this Hotel.

Faulty sink and toilet flush. Super smelly pillows. Divans with no covers. Dusty wardrobe. Old plastic kettle that emits the toxic plastic fumes after boiling the water. Only one chair in a very big chalet. Pool with green murky water. Tasteless coffee during breakfast. A nice location but horrible maintenance and management. Just don’t go here.

We stayed 2 nights in RBR, which is far away from everything. Rooms look okay at first sight but housekeeping is really bad: lots of stains on bathroom mirror , on tables, bed sheets.. the water in the swimming pool is green though they cleaned at 7am with huge noise (1 hour). Every thing is old and not properly maintained, the garden is beautiful but the activities come directly from 1970. Beach is disgusting, full of litter. And reception is no help their english is poor. Avoid!expensive for what it is

It is a nice place, really. There is a nice beach. There is a fun swimming pool. The food is quite nice. But the hotel needs to be upgraded, especially the rooms. The decor leaves much to be desired. In the bathroom, pipes were leaking. No bath mat. No tissue. Enough said.

Stayed here 1 night in normal room in 3-storey block wing. A bit disappointed with the price i paid (admittedly it was during big festival weekend). TV reception was poor, very basic toiletries and even a lack of an ironing board upon request. However, the pool was decent, the surroundings were well maintained and the room did have some new furniture... All in all, a mixed bag. Would stay again as the kid had a good time... Depends on the price.

This is the worst hotel in my travelling life. Bathroom full of fungus, fridge unclean someone's food rotting in there, no toilet paper, stinking towels. In another room, the air conditioner and lights were not working. Owner and staff have no pride in the place. Overpriced for what we got. Certainly won't be staying here again. Not recommended.

worth every penny!! Simple room... Well kept resort.. My husband and I had fun exploring the resort and the surrounding... Very friendly receptionists.. Clean environment... We extended one day stay just because we felt in the love with the surroundings of the resort.. Very refreshing and breathtaking.. We have only one suggestion, hopefully the hotel management will take some initiative to beautify the private beach of the resort.. Looks dirty and dull... Otherwise we totally loved our stay here and we definitely want to come back again...

Hi My wife and 1 went to Rompin Beach Resort on 20 April - 22 April. We took Chalet Room nearby the beach. Room is spacious , but old. Please find our point + 1. Area - Nice, well kept, clean, cosy, surrounding by jungle & nature. Best for rilex 2. Swimming Pool - Good size of pool 3. Beach - Private Beach , clean 4. Car Park - Ample parking 5. Breakfast - Just nice, with few menu. 6. Near to town , lot of seafood restaurant. Our Negative Point 1. No internet WiFi 2. Television is old, no Astro channel , only Channel 1. 3. Not much activity can be done, can be boring 4. Shower is old, and water pressure not so high. This place would be ideal if you bring big family or company trip with lot staff , so can arrange many beach activities. If you decide to come, please book chalet placing front of beach. There is also hotel available Thanks and Regards
