The view from our cosy apartment was spectacular, sunrise and sunsets an added bonus, we had all we could ask for, plus wonderful hosts, who went above and beyond the normal for our stay, greeting us with refreshing drinks after a hectic arrival, cooking us beautiful breakfasts of homemade crepes followed by creamy scrambled eggs, fresh orange juice and coffee....

We had an amazing few days at Lesa, with Gary and Jenny. After a very stressful train trip. They welcomed us with opened arms and refreshments, which instantly relaxed us. The view from our apartment where were staying was stunning. The apartment was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Their beautifully cooked Crepes were outstanding, along with the...

We were looking for a place in a peaceful area facing the Lake Maggiore. We fortunately found the Gary and Jenna's mansion (Villa Sant'Antonio) via Airbnb and the fairy tail started. They have welcomed us as we were old friends and literrally did everything to make our vacation spot perfect. Their ancient mansion (400 years old) faces the Lake Maggiore...

Hello everyone!!! Let me start off by saying that of all the places I've travelled in the world, I have never stayed anywhere as amazing as The Villa San Antonio!! The hospitality given by Jenny and Gary went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. We stayed in the Summerhouse which gifted us with a SPECTACULAR view of the lake....

Overall the experience was very enjoyable, Gary and Jenny are very special people and their hospitality was great. We stayed at the Summerhouse which is the smaller room but the one that has a...

We spent two days with Gary and Jen at their fabulous home. Villa San Antonio is located in a beautiful setting on the shore of Lake Maggiore. They are a wonderful couple, friendly and helpful with clear directions to their home from Malpensa Airport, (only a 45 minute drive), along with information about local sights and attractions. We were welcomed...

My Husband and I are a well travelled Australian couple in our 30's who particularly love to travel to Italy. We love to stay in romantic, out of the typical tourist trap places and villa sanantonio proved to be the most perfect place for us. We stayed at Villa San Antonio for 7 nights in July and had the most...

First of all Hilton addicts, look elsewhere. This is a completely different experience in itself. The Villa San Antonio is a 400 year old villa overlooking Lago Maggiore in the small village Solcio. In this villa your hosts Gary and Jen live and try to do the outmost to make your stay comfortable. Before booking we had spent hours to...
