This place is everything you'd want in a beach vacation. The owners are on-site and actively involved in running the resort. We had a beautiful cabana that was twenty feet from the shore. Excellent snorkeling, great food, lovely people.

Agree with Tellurian above. FYI you could walk from the Dangriga airstrip to the Pelican Beach Hotel and dock in about 3 minutes. They are adjacent. We drove -- or more accurately were driven -- to Dangriga from upcountry... More

Ideal. Crystal clear, shallow water for at least 100 yards. Reef teeming with marine life 20 feet away.
