Very good hotel, nice and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and always with a smile, thank you very much. The location for my perfect taste. They also left us a free baby cot.
The buffet had a lot of variety and the truth was delicious. I recommend you at least take it with breakfast. Also that you had sunbeds in the pool at practically any time, you don’t have to walk at 8 in the morning running to put a towel.
The air conditioning is hardly annoying.
What I will score a little worse, is the 20 euros per day that costs parking, I think a little expensive. And worse, in a hotel of this category, quite expensive, that above all after having paid for the parking, you have to pay separately the electric car charge (0,40 €/kW).
In the room, which sleeps very well and no noises are heard, we had a number of drawbacks. We found nails on the main table, hair in the shower and blood on one of the towels. Not a drop, lots of blood. No wonder they didn't see it when they put the towel on. They worked it out quick, but you're already a little more upset. I think with all this, one detail they could have had, and it hasn't been the case.
So I don't think I'll come back or recommend it.

Nice hotel. Very quiet, with quite good location and a few meters from the promenade. No saturation in the dining room. Free buffet without saturation of dishes (appreciated), variety of products and quality. Very nice and pending staff.
In the room you can make use of the spa which, depending on the time is very quiet. It is true that you could also use the saunas.
The hotel pool, saltwater, very nice.
The air conditioning in the room did not give much air, the tap of the sink very low making it unable to wash hands well. Large terrace but missing a clothesline.
To repeat.

The most notable thing is the reception staff, professional and very attentive. They care about meeting your tastes and preferences. It is a very well located, clean hotel with complete rooms and good beds. Having been a customer of this hotel in previous years, it has been noticed that the quality of the cuisine has dropped a lot. There is a variety of menu and they are constantly restocked, but the quality is no longer the same as before, resulting in tasteless food. If you go with half board or full board that includes drinks, the water is served from the tap (yes, they warn you about this) and the wine is never cold and they only have the option of red wine. Given its quality in terms of accommodation, it is a real shame that they have lowered the quality of the food.

The day before the accommodation they call the hotel saying that if you want room with shower you should pay for a superior, when from the beginning you ordered with shower!
Finally, we solved it, but I don’t find it an ethical (not to say illegal) practice to call people to pay more.
Oh, and the worst quality food.
Besides, there is no silence in the spa, a group came for a while screaming and they were not caught on notice, it is not a place to disconnect.

We've been going to this spa for years. I recommend it to everyone, it is a 10 in everything. It has very good facilities, everything very comfortable and clean, the staff is very professional and friendly, the buffet every year we go we find it better, It has a lot of variety of dishes very well cooked and very good quality. The location is great as you have the beach next to you, anyway, do not stop going because it is 100% recommended!!!! We are already at home because of the trust it gives us and the deal we have with everyone.

I have been visiting the hotel since 2018, and always well. That's why I'm coming back...
But the detail of HAVING NO bathrobe to check from an agency seems very scarce. This time the agency commented, and from reception only responded with evasive, without justifying the why of that detail....
In the restaurant, you have to order gluten-free bread from slice to slice (I'm celiac, and lately it's very limited), and pastries, you get 1 cupcake. Gluten-free bread and pastries are abundant and exposed

We received a gift voucher, a night with spa and hot springs, half board...disappointing. The room was very fair for a 4 star, carelessness in the facilities and little attention to detail. Disastrous buffet, the worst we have dined at, breakfast acceptable, the attention of the waiters very good, however the reception leaves something to be desired. Spa and hot springs, good facilities, but somewhat neglected, a horrible sewer smell, the staff is correct without further ado, quality ratio of 4 stars to reality, I don't think it deserves even 3, the experience can be greatly improved. I don't recommend it, and it's a shame because they could get a good use out of it. I hope that my opinion will help the Hotel management to improve.

The person who picks up the phone to make a reservation is rude, tells you to look at the website and hangs up on you without answering you. I have never been treated with such little education and in such bad manners.
Choose your staff well.

The hotel is good and so is the food. It is a bit obsolete and the spa leaves a lot to be desired, very limited and there is no sauna and the water is a little cold. We are always disappointed when we go to the spa, I have practically visited all of them in Catalonia and they have been better.

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms and the buffet with great variety and quality. We went with children and the treatment was excellent. The spa area is super good and they have children's hours to go with children. The beach is right in front of the hotel. It is the second summer that we have gone and we will definitely repeat. The beach promenade is super wide and with many bars and restaurants to walk and have a drink. We loved it.

"Get a room overlooking the pool (it closes at 8pm so nice and quiet) as the other rooms face the amusement park or an alley. The wifi in the pool area reaches the lower rooms facing the pool."Read full review
