Very good quality stay for a very fair price. The staff is very friendly and the view is stunning. You will walk up from your room right on the beach, very cozy place with amazing food and a nice view. Definetely try snorkeling here, we really enjoyed it. Also the view at night of the sunset is amazing! The staff is very attentive and they fulfill all your needs. All our questions / demands were immediatley met. Also it is a nice and quiet place at night compared to the busy main street at the east side of the island. Stay here and you won’t regret it!

We stayed a few days here and really enjoyed the ambience. Watching turtles pop up for air whilst having breakfast was awesome. Outstanding place to have a cocktail, watch the sun go down. Thoroughly recommend-well away from the party zone, but still easily accessible by bike

On the website they say that you get special prices for direct bookings. In reality, however, the prices are higher. You have to pay 50% in advance, that you never get back. And if you even ask for refund, you will be you roughly insulted by staff and owner.

ordering the tapas menu (squid vinegarat, garlic snails, tapenade@mash black olive) pair with roasted bread@dark & light bread (good way in pairing the tapas). the taste is perfect (good service, good setups & good food). my partner drink with local beer (Large bottle of Bintang Beer). Me myself ordering sharwarma (marinated chicken with vegi etc wrap with a soft pita bread), they pair with nice gravy to enhance the taste. Superbbb with my jar of plain water. Highly recommend this place as to stay and for restaurant.

My partner and I came to stay here end of January/ early February on the first part of South East Asia trip. We are currently one month in and Karma Kayak still holds first place! Everything from the food, to the clean and freshly decorated rooms and the staff were truly wonderful. Gili T is a beautiful island, but Karma Kayak is really something special. The breakfast was delish (fully recommend piña colada overnight oats and scrambled tofu). Going for a swim/snorkel afterwards (literally straight outside where the hotel is) and viewing the colourful coral and turtles really made the morning. The staff were so helpful and always had a smile! My partner and I had “holiday brain” and tampered with the safe, but someone was there to fix it quickly. The icing on the cake was the free filtered water bottle refills! Lastly, the soft blue and beachy/ocean themed room was so relaxing and something lovely to come back to after a long day of exploring. The bed was comfy and air conditioning worked perfectly. If we’re ever in that neck of the woods again, we will definitely come and stay again! Keep up the great work!…

Such a lovely stay. Rooms are so luxurious it's hard to leave but you need to because the staff are great. They greet you in a kind and caring way.. always happy and never grumpy... Even in the morning!! Will recommend to all my friends

Room: We stayed in a bungalow in the back (China) and really felt at home. The interior is super bright, new and cozy. You really feel the attention to detail. The bed is super comfy and you have enough space for your luggage and to store your things. The shower is nice and warm with enough water pressure and the provided bathroom essentials (shampoo shower lotion and hand soap) are also provided. We always had a super clean room which the lovely staff makes up every day - towels are changed every 2/3 days. In front of the bungalow you have your own terrace with a comfy daybed. Staff: We traveled Indonesia for 3 month in total and we never came across a more caring staff than you find at Karma Kayak. A very unique vibe of happiness nice conversations without being intrusive and always making sure you have everything you need during your stay. Thank you so much for your care (and the Jamu) when I was sick! Restaurant: The included breakfast (also available for non guest) is just amazing. You have a Great Choice between eggs, pancakes, overnight oats Müsli etc. additional you get Lombok coffee or tea, choice of fresh juice and a delicious fruit plate. Solid menu with super delicious food - try the tapas! As mentioned when we were there a little more vegetarian options would be awesome (then we would have eaten there more often ;) Location: Directly at the beach in the north of the island you find it more quiet and relaxed. Perfect spot to have a Bintang in the bean bags and watch the sunset. Throughout the day you have shade from the trees and nice music to enjoy complete relaxation while sipping on your fresh coconut :)…

This restaurant is a gem! Awesome tapas at a reasonable price. Decent portion sizes great for sharing as a couple pr between friends. Beautiful, peaceful beachfront setting, good for chilling by the sea during the day as well. Have been a few times and staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

What lovely place to watch sunset over mt agung from gilli. Lovely staff very friendly and fun happy to help. Great tapas and the cocktail were delicious. Worth the ride from other side of the island for very pleasant evening thanku.
