Great place to sit and stare at the view and ponder and breathe with waves lapping at the shore and ravens and eagles soaring overhead. An excellent little place that is miles away from the mad world even though it is actually just off the highway. (Note - any desired spa services must be booked in advance).

We would definitely recommend this property for a stop along this scenic coastal route. It appears some upgrades are underway to update the guest rooms, but even if you are just looking for a special dining experience en route this location will not disappoint.

The Sunshine Coast is a favourite destination. It's a beautiful coastline with coves, beaches and forest. This resort makes the most of its location by being set in the forest, by the coastline and with great views. We stayed in a cosy cabin. It was great. The tents also looked amazing. We will stay in one next time. The staff...

There's a new chef at the resort and cannot say enough how delicious and perfectly prepared our meal was. Had the Foie Gras & tuna carpaccio for appies and the Arctic Char for our main and all was fantastic! Stayed in one of the small, cozy cabins on the water and loved hearing the ocean while laying I our bed...

The hotel is very average and outdated. They charge 5 star for a 3 star hotel. The staff are neither friendly nor helpful. Refused to extdnd my check out time by 2 hour unless I pay 20% extra! Also I booked a 2 room suite for my family (2 adults and 2 children) but only found 3 blankets. There is...

My husband and I stayed in one of the tenthouses and were thrilled with the beauty and elegance of the suite and the surrounding area. The view was stunning and the tent was gorgeous. From the sunken tub and separate rain shower to the very comfortable bed, it was the perfect relaxing and romantic weekend! I highly recommend ordering the...

stunning location and great service, the Yurts need to have a bit of work done on them as they are a bit tired. Still a very unique experience and great food at the restaurant and wonderful spa location

The Rockwater is a BEAUTIFUL place to stay, although very heavy on the bank account. Highly recommended for the gorgeous tent house suites and veiws. The tents can be a little noisey when getting a massage when other guests are walking past. Other wise great place to stay!

Most stunning views and beautiful grounds but overall the resort seemed a bit rundown and in need of maintenance. The restaurant had a very limited menu and was quite expensive. No activities available if there is inclement weather. Poor signage and lighting throughout the resort. Such a beautiful location, with a little upgrading and some additional amenities for guests, it...

Just beautiful. Amazing service with the hotel staff and restaurant. The food is 10000000% beyond delicious! I'd recommend having the pork shoulder. The tenthouse suite #56 was just beautiful and secluded from other tenthouses. It's a 5-7 minute walk from check-in and the view is just beyond words. I wish I could just stay there looking out to the ocean....
