We had the great view!🙌 Front of The Venetian. Amazing service, Everytime we call the front desk, they immediately send our requests. Our son really loves to swim, one of the cleanest swimming pools we've been 👍 We will definitely go back! 😊 Would like to suggest to have a cartoon channel on your TV for kids to watch 😊

good location and good staffs. but for casino.. lasvegas is more attractive due to more variety of games and min bet is too high for visiting other hotels it is very good location to visit since it is center.

Although my request such as bed guard for kids, table reservation was not followed up by Reservation, front office and housekeeping team assisted me to handle all my request upon check in. It was a great experience.
The pool was not crowded, food at T for Tapas is nice. The view from the corner suite is stunning.
Highly recommend to book the local package. It is a great deal now.
Will come again in the future.

This hotel has very strategic location, short walking distance to Venetian, Cotai Sands, Wynn Palace. Monorail is just right in front of Grand Hyatt. Room is very spacious, decent renovation, with all the necessary amenities.

Overall experience is ok. The facility is still in good condition, although the ac cannot be controlled manually unless I off it. And the toilet have only one tissue roll. The environment is pretty quiet actually which is in a good way for me.

I am still now in HRC macau till the morning. I am travelling with my two daughters aged 17 and 12.
In overall this hotel in service and amenities is excellent. Great food. Great staff. Great room. Great show ( house of dancing water excellent).
Until it comes to a sense of security. Let me try to explain.
This evening around 9.45 after watching the hodw show, we decided to go to old macau town, where the lisboa casino is and also to have dinner.
So we decided to use the city of dreams shuttle that will take us to sintra hotel.
No problems there. We were 9 of us in the bus. Me n my daughters were dreaming of the yummy food we can find.
Then the announcement came. We will be arriving soon. Yippeee. Not.
This is where the nightmare starts. One of the city of dream staff boarded the bus and chatted with the bus driver.
But we were not allowed to alight. Something fishy here. And sure enough the police boarded the bus.
There was one person among us started talking to the police.
From him we found out that the previous passenger had lost his/her phone and instructed the police to check/ detain the passengers.
Horrors of horrors. The person losing the phone was sitting at the seat where my eldest daughter was sitting.
Can imagine how scared she was. The staff from city of dreams was looking at her as if she was the culprit and i can sense that she suspect my daughter found the phone and kept it
I meanwhile called the HRC hotel hoping to get support. I was promised to be called back. But alas there was NO RETURN CALL AT ALL.
After thorough checking by the police and they could fine nothing. Then they let us go.
I immediately went back to the hotel and was recieved by duty manager Daisy. But to our dismay, her reply was the hotel could not do anything as this is a police matter
The bus belongs to city of dreams group. HRC is in City of dreams vicinity. Is this how you wash your hands??
Do you normally make any checking on the buses that comes and go so frequently??
Can you imagine how shocked my daughters were??
Hope this does not happen to other travellers.

Stayed here for 4 days for a conference trip and was visually amazed at the beauty of the property. If you get a room facing the Venetian, you will amazed at the 270 degree views from the Room. Staff at at the Reception are full or warmth and make you feel welcome. I also had my Birthday celebrations in the month and the staff at the Reception sang me a B'Day song during Checkin which was a very nice and surprising touch, unlike any place I have been to. A special cake was sent to my room courtesy of the Hotel Rooms are very well kept and the bed is nice and comfortable. Had a minor incident at the Hotel during the stay w.r.t. to someone else accessing my room but was quickly taken care of. At the time of my departure the Front Office Manager came in to wish me a happy and pleasant journey and tried to find out if I had faced any difficulties / issues during my stay. Very disappointed. First of all, the hotel give me a good image from past review. The check in time is 3pm, we arrived hotel around 1pm and check in, the staff Jackie said that our room will be prepared at 3pm and we can go to our room. So we walk around and come back again around 3:30. The most worst thing we had. The staff said that the room still cleaning and because of the last guest late check out. So my room has not been ready. We are extremely feel DISAPPOINTED of it. I do not believe that it is the acceptable reason on it. Finally the room finished at 530pm. we are wasted time to wait! We believed that hardrock hotel is a branding hotel, but the service just look like a guest house! Its really terrible!
I never hear that LATE CHECK IN is a reason by Hotel. and criticize by other guests!

10 of us went here for a friend's birthday and a get-away from Hong Kong. Check in was fantastic. Julio went out of his way to make our stay as enjoyable, and included three bottles of free wine and a cake for the birthday girl. We couldn't have asked for better. Stayed with the House of Dancing Water package, and it was a GREAT value. We upgraded to the Suite for an extra $40 CAD, and it was amazing (see pics attached). The show was amazing, and highly recommended. Dining options are very limited here (either at the hotel bar in the lobby, or pool side). We ate across the street at another hotel. Was disappointed that the hotel bar closed at 1:00 a.m. on a Saturday night, but I think as more hotels are built in this part of Macau (there is a huge Sheraton being build next door, with a W down a couple) more and more people will show up and be around. The casinos were mostly empty by 10:00 p.m, which was a disappointment. The pool was MUCH better on Sunday morning, leading us to believe that they had changed the water overnight, as it was dirty and bathtub temperature warm on Saturday evening. The Casino is nice, but empty so it's lack energy and hustle and bustle. The food we did have (a salad at the hotel bar) was okay. Frequent shuttle service from the hotel to most parts of Macau (whether downtown, or properties or one of the ferry terminals) were frequent and free. Would stay here again once they are fully up and running (i.e. Hard Rock Cafe opening in September 2011 apparently!)

I could not recall that there was a microwave in our rooms. However, you could send a request to the hotel manager. He is quite helpful. He might probably find a room that has a microwave oven.
They asked us for Deposit, I used my Credit card, and like the others, the front desk warned me that it will take 3 to 4 weeks to return.
However, because we decided to have breakfast in the hotel, the only charge that I saw in my credit card bill when it came, was just for the breakfast charge.
There are more places to choose from in the Macau area.
