Cons: Service. Should I mention again service?! Somehow after check in, the rest of the service was mediocre. We have a personal butler but I find the service very inconvenient. Every time I have a question(big or small) he has to come knocking on the door. Imagine I’m with my kids and have to call him 5-10 times and he has to physically come and I to open the door !
I can call front desk but honestly the service is not the greatest. I can tell the staff does not have good scripted training. I’m picky about this: we pay a good dollar because our family needs the extra attention.

Still can’t access art gallery One of the biggest items the hotel advertises is their art gallery on the 21st floor. However it’s been two visits and I realized they actually never open that floor. Only once for a collaboration and other times perhaps to celebs. At least they could offer it to guests or at least guests who pay for a top suite. Disappointing, especially to us Instagrammers.
Overall comments: I have visited many hotels in Macau and with kids, I still prefer the Ritz. The service is more consistent, plus they offer a kids tent and lots of candy!

As an anniversary celebration with my fiancé, we have chosen Morpheus for its design and service. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk gentleman. We were guided to our room, which is spacious, modern, perfectly clean, as shown in most of the pics, and got assisted whenever we need some help. All the staff we met during our stay were polite and friendly.
Knowing the purpose of our stay, we were prepared with wine and cakes, as well as flowers inside the room. The late check out also gave me a chance to explore its fitness room and steam room. There are a variety of equipment in the fitness room, while the sauna and steam room are unexpectedly good.
The pool is not big but great for a leisure swim and photo taking.
Overall, we have a good time and enjoying much during our stay. We will consider coming back in the future.
One minor flaw of our stay was that during check in, we were told by the front desk gentleman that we were arranged a room on the 25th floor. Yet, a room on the 17th floor was arranged to us at last after some interruptions. It was a bit disappointing to me as there was a sudden "down-leveled" while a higher floor room is preferable as requested.

My family and I went to a stay-cation as there was nothing left to do except staying at home. We chose Morpheus among the other ones as it has a promotion of 4000 HKD. Before it was 6000 HKD, on the other hand now it is 2000HKD.
Morpheus is a brilliant hotel for ages of all numbers. As for the children, they can enjoy the pool which has free boats to play with, and a set of sandwiches. The parents can enjoy as well, they could visit the spa and the hot tub which is included in the room.
Morpheus also can be a hotel, but it can also be a shopping mall. Morpheus is connected with two other buildings which are all for the kids to play and for adults to shop for clothing and food. On the second floor there is also a kids playground that you can leave them there, too. Not just its a shopping mall, there is restaurants that includes whichever meal you prefer.
I recommend you to go to Morpheus, with your children. Morpheus is such a brilliant hotel any person can’t miss. Even though you are staying at home, try to go to Morpheus.

We stayed here for Christmas holidays and we really enjoyed this hotel. This is the most iconic hotel in Macau right now. Most importantly, there was excellent service to match the stunning architecture and sleek interior design.
We had the Premier Room for 3 nights and it was luxuriously appointed and very comfortable. Layout of the bathroom was unique and beautiful. A nice buffet breakfast was served at the club lounge with additional hot items available from a small menu. During the cocktail hour, instead of serving free flow champagne like the club lounges of many hotels do, guests could only order one glass for free which we found quite odd. Service at the lounge was attentive.
We highly recommend the restaurants here. It was our second time to have dinner at the main restaurant, Alain Ducasse. Food was superb and the stars were well deserved. Yi was an interesting dining experience. They served only tasting menu omakase style and we were told the menu is decided daily depending on what is available at the market. We love Pierre Herme at the lobby. The very instagrammable desserts created by the master were like art pieces and they were delicious. The chic cafe was also a great spot to see and be seen.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the Spa. We visited the Spa for massage and facial treatments. We like the interesting design but more training is definitely required to improve the skills of some therapists.

I believe this is the best 5 star hotel in Macau. I’ve stayed in most of top tier hotels in Las Vegas(Aria, Wynn, Venetian, Caesars Palace, Bellagio, Cosmopolitan), but our experience at Morpheus exceeded all these Vegas hotels by far, in terms of service, amenities and hotel quality.
Service, service, service.
We arrived Morpheus from a redeye flight from LAX 10am in the morning. Initially there was some misunderstanding that caused delay in my check-in process. Vickie(Front Operations Manager) intervened and resolved our problem promptly. To apologize for the misunderstanding, Vickie was able to check us in 12 in the noon and extended our checkout to 4pm the next day.
During our stay, any ask for drinking water or clean towels is just a phone call and delivered within 10 minuets. I had in-room dining around 11:30PM, food quality was great, both delivery and cart removal were on-time.
We had brunch at 30th floor second morning, food and service are hands down amazing.
Upon departure, checkout process was very smooth; bell attendant came quickly and helped us with luggage. Called taxi for us.
Location is also great, it’s walking distance to Venetian, Parisian and Londoner.
I would highly highly recommend Morpheus to anyone looking for a luxury experience(especially if you care about service) in Macau.

I had a very pleasant stay at Morpheus. Even before I arrive at the property, a few days before my arrival, I was sent reminders to contact the hotel for any special requests; etc. Day of check-in was a breeze and upon getting to the room, I was surprised by the layouts and cleanliness of the room. Both my friends and I had great experiences at the spa, gym and the pool. Dining at Jade Dragon was also very pleasant where staffs are attentive and ready to offer assistance when needed. For self parking, the walk to the hotel tower is somewhat far especially if there are much things to carry. Overall, I've enjoyed myself at Morpheus and other parts of COD and I definitely will be going back there to stay again.

We were amazed by the unique design of Morpheus Lounge so tried their afternoon tea set which a bit pricey but worth it! Their set is really so eye catching and mouth watering but I was so reluctant to eat them because of their presentation and uniqueness. The best part of it all is the incomparable hospitality and awesome service of all the crew as well as the captain of the shop. They’re so attentive and very responsive in all our requests. This is lounge is so irresistible and highly recommended if you are willing to spend a pricey but classy one!
