The hotel is nice and staffs are professional and helpful. We are impressed when we reached the hotel, the staffs quickly assist to collect our luggage bags and gave us a card (for us to pass to the check-in counter so that they can deliver to our room once the room is ready). Not all the 5 stars hotel has such service. My son loves the hotel environment and grand resort deck is beautiful.

We recently stayed at the Galaxy hotel in town as the ability to travel internationally remains very limited, this was a local weekend getaway. The entire experience was flawless from the time we arrived up to the departure.
We particularly enjoyed the very swift check-in by David and being given a lovely room on a high floor with great views over the entire resort complex. We were surprised by the unique amenity setup and a very personalized welcome drink being delivered after we arrived from the Manager.
The room was really spacious and we took some time to figure everything out, we almost got lost on the way. We had a great dinner at the Italian restaurant and whilst the place was really busy on that night, our server made sure we were looked after throughout the evening. The food was great, try the Octopus for starters and the Tiramisu for dessert, they even prepared it tableside!
On the next day we ordered Room Service for breakfast, there's a fairly big selection and the menu looks attractive with many photos in it. The order was delivered in time and the server even offered us to disinfect our hands with a mobile disinfectant he had brought up to the room on a separate tray setup. That's a first and kudos to the hotel for implementing such stringent health and safety measures during the pandemic! We were very impressed by his attention to detail.
The room had very nice Hermes amenities and every detail was thought of with many other items provided so you don't have to call down and ask for extra this and that. Comparing to other luxury hotels in town, this stay experience definitely stood out for us, both from a product as well as a service point of view. Well done to the Galaxy team, we can't wait to come back again soon!

Galaxy hotel team brought their service to the next level! From the reservation service Cris made a very good first impression, she was vey patient, polite and very professional. She gave us a very beautiful city view and let us reserved prior to visit. Upon checking in, Front liners were very welcoming and thoughtful, there are complimentary lollipops for our little daughter. The bellman Stephan guided us all the way to our room, he made sure we are comfortable, he provided us personalized extra mile service, his natural communication skills was amazing, he gave us helpful information about the resort and he coordinated to the housekeeping to make our room to be kid's friendly. What a team spirit! Housekeeping installed Kid's Tent, Kid's toiletry kit, step by the sink and cute hello kitty attached to the faucet that made hand washing easy for our little one, kid's bathrobe and bedroom slippers were provided too, It was all so lovely! Our room were kept clean and replenished everyday. Thank you Umesh and housekeeping team for making everyday stay fresh, clean and comfortable! By the way, the parents are not forgotten, we have luxurious souvenirs such as Hermes Perfume and L'Occitane youth cream and facial wash. We are truly delighted! There was one housekeeping staff too that gave extra chocolate when she saw my daughter. It was very thoughtful! Every staff we encounter was really dedicated to their work and very friendly. When we had request like extra water, the service was really prompt! Once I needed help in the locker and attendant came immediately to assist! There were no chance that we waited long for service. In Room Dining served us like we are in a fine dining! Very professional service from Don Don! The Galaxy Grand Resort was really amazingly beautiful! It is our first time to check in at Galaxy Hotel, we stayed for 4 days for my husband's birthday. We have mentioned in our reservation and The Hotel Operation - David has arranged us a Complimentary Chocolate Cake! It was delicious! On our check out, service given was very professional and exceptional by the FO Manager - Chloe continued service was offered. Overall was an amazing experience from the beginning to the end! We stay here for one night to celebrate my grandson’s birthday, the room is very nice and spacious, it allows our kids to have enough space to play and have fun, and it also very clean and tidy, I feel safe to let the children to play around in the room.
The staffs are very polite, I called to the operator to request for service, the staff arrived to my room promptly, and he always asked if anything else he could help us before he leave the room which made me feel good and helpful.
The food and atmosphere in Terraza restaurant was very good and thanks for the little surprise that the desert has come with our birthday boy’s name on it, this was very sweet.
The next day we went to the swimming pool and it was fun being there, just a little pity that the sky wave pool was closed otherwise it should be more perfect, this is a good hotel with good facilities, would like to visit again!

it was my first stay at the Galaxy Macau hotel and we regret not staying long enough! My family and I were acknowledged once we set foot in the lobby and were immediately greeted and escorted to a check in counter. The lady at check in smoothly settled us in with a nice room and made clear introduction to us as it was my first stay.
The very first surprise came at this moment, few of the staffs led by their manager greeted me and sang a birthday song to me (my birthday is close to Easter). This act costs nothing but it meant so much to me as a guest! A huge shout out to the staffs unfortunately I didn't get to recall everyone's name. we were then escorted to our room while Bell staff was kn the way to deliver my luggage. we were very grateful to be offered an upgrade to a suite, it is well maintained and a series of welcome amenities were all placed in the suite to give us the second surprise! it was all the little things the hotel did that made me feel they were anticipating our stay. At the corridor we ran into a few housekeepers and they were all expressing a welcoming smile to us and proactively greeted us.
The suite at this hotel may not be the largest in town but the bath tub and shower cubicle are definitely one of the bestest in town! The square shape jacuzzi tub offered us a perfect evening soaking in a bubble bath watching TV for a fun filled bonding time with our boys. Water pressure is comfortably strong in the shower cubicle too, not to mention the high quality Hermes shower amenities in the room, these are one of a kind in town. Summer is here and we look forward to another family stay at the Galaxy Macau to enjoy their signature Asian Heart service. Thank you Galaxy Macau hotel for a wonderful experience!

It’s our Family’s second time to stay in Galaxy Macau, this time to celebrate our 7th Anniversary and Fathers Day. We had a smooth check in with “Cola” and she explained well about our booking and all our benefits because we booked directly on Galaxy’s website. She gave us welcome gifts and 200MOP food voucher she also gave us free welcome drinks. While checking in we were greeted by “Raven” who is very welcoming and humorous. When we arrived at our room floor “Jed” enthusiastically welcomed us and he assited us going to our room. We were amazed with the room setup, a Happy Anniversary decoration, personalised hand written cards, rose petals on our bed, tent for our 2 kids with their name cards, chocolates and fruit basket, we felt very welcomed well done “Guest Relations Team”. While still astound the door bell rang “Cee” and “Wilbert” delivered kids ammenities they are very joyful and friendly. They made sure that we are all settled and comfortable. Another surprise arrived a Cake with Happy Anniversary written on it. We had dinner at The Apron Oyster bar and Grill, the staffs are very profesional and welcoming, their food is so appetizing.
Second day we had breakfast at The Ritz Carlton Cafe, the food is delicious “Joao” made our breakfast extra special, he is very pro active in explaining the food to us. We spent the whole day at Grand Resort Deck, our kids really enjoyed the facility, we felt very safe because they have sufficient lifeguard. Returning to our room we were hit by another surprise, towel origami anniversary themed made by “Aeo”, “Jc” and “Dean” (they also made a special birthday towel origami on our first stay last January,) kudos to them, very creative, not only that they also gave us a bottle of Champagne with personalised card plus they prepared a bubble bath for us with a special petals shaped as a heart.
Third day it’s Fathers day, we started our day going to a Church nearby “Norman” provided us some umbrellas because its a hot sunny day. After church we head straight to Grand Resort Deck for Lunch and last day swimming. “Cola” helped us to check out, she proactively offerd to book a taxi for us. When the taxi arrived “Ej” assisted us with our luggages he is also thoughfull because he greeted my husband happy fathers day and bid us farewell.
Galaxy had exceeded our expectations, we will deffinitly come back, we are looking forward to celebrate our special moments with Galaxy. Galaxy you never fail to Amaze us.

This is my nth time staying at Galaxy Hotel. We were treated to an upgrade and was able to enjoy the suite and all the perks that come with it. We were just truly amazed at how we were made to feel at home while they maintained the highest standard of luxury. The staff were warm and approached us with a natural familiarity. And they were always two steps ahead, so to speak, as if they are able to red minds and anticipate what we needed before we even asked. Galaxy Hotel’s attention to detail is unrivalled—-I say this having stayed in numerous hotels of various ratings across the globe. Numerous items in the rooms were personalised and had my name printed or engraved on them.
More than simply surpassing high standards, Galaxy Hotel has an authentic warmth and genuineness that make it a cut above the rest. Looking forward to find my way back home in the near future.

My husband and I are celebrating our 18th year anniversary and choose to stay at Galaxy hotel again.
The check in staff was a nice lady. Plus the other staffs (i think the guy’s name is Christian) in the area also made sure to guide and assist us to go to the elevator area.
However, i got disappointed when i was told that the room package that i booked is not the one that includes dining voucher. I did not argue with the checkin staff and just say ok but I made sure to let the feedback team knows about it. For me it is quite misleading because i saw the ads through facebook newsfeed.
The feedback team was quick to response and sort things out tho I needed to pay more to get the that summer staycation package.
I wanted to commend the team for making us feel special on this day. They put up an anniversary sign on the wall and sent us a delicious ice cream cake with a card.
As always, we have enjoyed our stay.

First time to stay at Galaxy Hotel, the services and room facilities are out of my expectations which is so amazing.
The Concierge Manager and the Front Desk Staff were very helpful for the luggage all the way to our rooms, the rooms were decorated with balloons and animal towels which have surprised our kids and they got crazy happy.
Wonderful Birthday cake by the Hotel with birthday boy’s name on it which didn’t expected. Amazing turn down gift with WOW touches, thank you so much. Highly Recommended!
