We had a Junior Suite which is of very large size. Two hand basins in the washroom plus a jacuzzi bath tub and a separate shower room with both rain shower and mixer plus a steam system if you prefer a shower with steam. An electronic bidet in the toilet which has warming and various cleaning functions to make sure you have a comfortable experience. Service is impeccable. All the service staff was very polite and pleasant. We got checked in at the VIP Floor which makes the process smoother and relaxed. However, there is one comment which I have already made to the Hotel was food served at the Terrace Restaurant. It was promoted as a Seafood Buffet Restaurant. However the only seafood we had the night we dined there was Salmon, no other seafood at all. No prawns, oysters, clams etc. as appeared in the Hotel promotion leaflet. Since Hotel Okura is a Japanese style Hotel, I think some sashimi or sushi on the buffet table are food expected to be served. We were a little disappointed not having these in the restaurant. But service in the restaurant was superb and helpful. All in all, a very experience at the Hotel and we surely recommend it to anyone travelling to Macao.

This is my first time at Okura hotel and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for first class service hotel. I requested an accessible room during my booking and surprisingly I received a call from Okura asking in details my need. They would like to understand my plan at the hotel such that they can provide me with the best facilities. Upon check-in, we were greeted by Gabbi who personally took us to the floor and showed us the room, to make sure that our need is satisfied. When we were at the Grand Resort Deck and the indoor pool, staff were very helpful in helping us moving around because one of us was in wheel chair. During this pandemic period, we always found their staff cleaning high traffic areas all the time. Overall, we found their staff very helpful, polite and professional. Okura will surely be my first priority in the future and I would recommend it to anyone without any hesitation.

We were really impressed with the service provided by the hotel staff. Even we booked the room from online travel agency, we got a personalised e-mail directly from the hotel asking about our trip plan. Upon check-in, the staff named Miko was very caring and informative. The housekeeping lady was very active and enthusiastic in providing additional bed and amenities. The concierge staff named Jenny was also very helpful although she could not speak English well. However, she tried her best to find us a dimsum restaurant and made a reservation for us. I chose Hotel Okura Macau for celebrating my first wedding anniversary with my wife. I just asked for late check-out for an hour, but the hotel gave more than I expected, including check-in on the executive floor and free upgrade of better view of the room. There were two paper cranes in the room for celebrating my wedding anniversary, what a wonderful decoration they made! Besides, the hotel also provided red wine and a piece of cake with candle to celebrate wedding anniversary, which is a great arrangement.
The facilities in the room were great. There were two washbasins in the washroom and the bathtub was large enough for a man with 180cm tall. Rain shower System With Bath Mixer was also make me comfortable. There was an electronic bidet in the toilet.
Moreover, their service was good. Staff was polite with good English. I would say it was a fantastic t to stay in Hotel Okura Macau, especially with such unexpected gift from the hotel.

My family stayed in Hotel Okura Macau to experience the room and services. I could say that room is spacious and typical Japanese theme design which you could relax calmly. The most outstanding part were those team members who had contributed in making our stay more extravagance. Wallace assigned our room accordingly, base on the initial request. Masami issued the room on a timely manner. Manuel had never hesitate and did a very distinctive gesture by the time my kids wanted to request a room move. Breakfast in Terrace were likewise delectable with choices of Japanese, Western and Chinese set menus. Cathy from Terrace were so friendly and helpful. These team go "above and beyond" our expectations and the most remarkable part was they done it on a natural way. This review has likewise covers and shares the whole experiences together with my family. I can say it's a relieve.

We checked in earlier than the official time so the rooms were not ready. We had many luggage and three kids with us, the Front Desk staff was very considerate to arrange us to be seated and assisted to call to urge for the rooms; and the kids were given the signature paper cranes which made them so happy. Very luckily we just waited for a while then the rooms were ready and we got upgrade to very nice rooms with many in-room facilities, and on the same floor and kind of connecting room so our family really had a wonderful night, especially the kids could run between the rooms. Staffs were very polite and helpful.

We chose to stay here as we never been in Okura Macau and were very surprised to find out that we had the free upgrade to Suites for free! Our 3days Staycation is Awesome! Kids are loving it and used the in room jacuzzi everyday. The room are very clean and well Maintained, smells good! The steam room and Sauna are the Best part of our Stay. We had Afternoon Tea on Room packaged as well which is very affordable and make our children very excited. Thank you to all the Okura Concierge especially to Gani for being very helpful. Had fun too at Galaxy Water Park.

My first experience in one of suites in Okura was excellent. Very good hospitality from the beginning till the end, staff was very attentive and friendly. The suite was big with all facilities that you can ask for, included steam, sauna and jacuzzi. Housekeeping service was very good and detailed, time to time they changed your slippers, helped fold the charging cables, fold your clothes (with kids can be messy), open the bed, provide you snacks, kids size slippers and kimono. One night they offered champagne for adults and at the same time they also provided champagne for kids which made them very happy.

The service by the reception is caring, once you stepped into lobby, they already came in to assist you and care about you. Staff were proactive as my younger son had a bit tummy pain and he stepped in to ensure he was well.
Got an upgrade to junior suite and the room was warm and spacious. Love the bath amenities, the Jacuzzi bath tub and the steam room.
My package included per night MOP$500 F&B coupon and we hoped this deal can continue for Macau citizens.

We spend a night at Hotel Okura Macau with our direct family and some friends of our son who was celebrating his birthday. We could not have asked for a more relaxed, customized, friendly and beautiful stay. The level of detail on the birthday occasion was more than we expected and the friendliness and high level of service was wonderful. The room arrangements were great, rooms were well cleaned and there were some great touches incorporated due to the current pandemic. We definitely recommend a staycation at Okura if you want to feel you're on holiday closely to home.
