The overall experience of my stay at Conrad Macau was excellent. The deluxe suite is equipped with two 75-inch 4K HDR TVs, which is the largest TV I have ever seen in a hotel. All hotel staff are very professional and friendly. They greeted me when I see them in the corridor. The front desk staff of the hotel are also very professional and friendly, especially Ivan, who assisted me in check-in and check-out, and introduced me to various Hilton Honors benefits. As a Diamond member of the Hilton Honors, I received a chocolate cake with a welcome letter and 300 MOP F&B credit. During my stay, I also went to the gym. The staff at the gym took the initiative to introduce me to various facilities, and offered bottled water and towels when I was working out, which was very considerate. I hope to visit this home away from home again in the near future.

Second time staying at the Conrad Macao and the attention to details continues. Front Office Yvonne was very sweet to brought us up to room and gave us an orientation that matter us. Housekeeping was very attentive to details and gave touches to the room that not many others does.

Honestly Conrad Macao isn’t the newest or fancy hotel in Macao but I can tell it is the best customer service hotel that I been to in Macau any hotel. All the staff are friendly, active, warm welcome and with passion. It is not one time experience but consistent high level service every time that I stay. I will to highlight that front office staff are very professional and care about detail mention all the detail thing that under Londoner transformation. I am also feel valuable as a diamond member that get free upgrade to suite room and late check out at 6pm that totally surprised and delighted. Second, I also want thank all lounge breakfast staff are lovely, friendly ,provides health kit to put my mask and personal recommendations on food choices with check in all the food is arrived and quality. At last, I want to I feel very safe to stay at Conrad during Covid-19. I can see the door and tv remote seal at every room. Even all the housekeeping staff are wear mask and groves deliver any stuff to room. All the stuff are cover by plastic bag or fully protected. Great job that is reason every time when I travel I will only choose Conrad hotel. Great job and what a enjoyable staycation for myself.

we made a last minute booking to spend the weekend celebrating anniversary. This was a memorable and luxurious stay experience. At Check-in we were welcomed by Bell and Front Desk staff Dayo and Sweelee. A smooth check in while both of them were engaging with us to learn why we are here and what we might need. Room was upgraded to a suite with magnificent view overlooking the Parisian Eiffle tower. the spacious suite is possibly the best in town. Room design may be old or outdated but general cleanliness is satisfying and feel confidence to let our kids roll. Kids amenities were offered at check in and a housekeeper came right after we stepped in the suite to deliver what we needed for the kids. A few welcome cards congratulating our anniversary were found in the suite which apparently surprised us a lot! comfortable bathtub and spacious shower cubicle in the bathroom area is indeed what a family of 4 needs!!! Also the queen size beds are large enough to accommodate us comfortably. On the next day breakfast was offered at the Churchill's Table, service and food quality were excellent! we then spent the morning on level 4 outdoor pool. Owen and few other staff there were very attentive to set us up with complimentary drinks and snacks with towels. Kids were very happy. overall a fantastic stay with the usual Conrad attentiveness! This hotel won't fail on giving you nothing but excellence!
Stayed under one of their offered promotion and it was such an amazing experience. I have to say, it's my second visit but the expectation is still beyond.
This time it was for my nephew's birthday. I would like to express my big "THANK YOU" to the Head of Front Office-Elvis for kindly arranging everything for our stay, from the provided information needed with package clarification and most of all the flexibility on pool access at the St. Regis.
We were greeted by Ada and Elvis upon arrival with a little welcome birthday gift for my nephew. They were very professional and kind with processing the check in until we were escorted to our room.
To our spa experience I highly recommend to try, we were welcomed by Yolanda at the reception (reminder: look around on signages that will lead you were the spa location is since its under going construction for its new upcoming hotel). To our spa therapist who was very thoughtful, mindful and informative with our preferences.
There wasn't any breakfast inclusion but we did had a great one at the Conrad Club Lounge which Dayo was there to greet us right away noticing our presence. To Sarah who handled our orders and being there right away for our needs.
Overall, it was an excellent and over the top great service. I have to say, I do come on the same industry and having to experience Conrad Macao the second time for this stay is definitely an unforgettable moment to keep.
Keep it up and Thank you all for everything, till our next visit.

Recently stayed for a night in Conrad Macao, the room was comfortable, spacious and well cleaned. I like the idea of sealing label on the door after they cleaned the room, it almost felt like “unboxing” a gift haha :) Troy was very friendly and progressional, the check in process was speedy, he was very kind to arrange me a Parisian view room and offered 1pm late check out which I didn’t expect at all. Thank you so much Troy! Bill at the concierge was also very friendly, luggage storing and collecting was very quick and no hassle!

Made a last minute reservation at Conrad Macau to celebrate my wife’s birthday and turned out to be a wonderful stay!
Managed to get in contact with Front Office-Mandy to assist with last minute Spa reservation. She is very friendly and accommodative.
Our arrival and departure was greeted by Front Desk-Fiona who was very attentive to details,we are very fortunate to being served by her on both arrival and departure.
Ada and Dayo from Guest Relations has prepared amenities and personalized handwritten card that was meant for my wife.
I would also like to recommend Bodhi Spa, as the Therapists-Nynpha and Alice was very caring and professional.
Thank you everyone for the surprise and arrangement.
In overall,it was a remarkable stay and we will definitely come back again!

Excellent service . Very attentive and courteous staffs . Highly recommended. Very good recognition for elite members . Had had a wonderful stay and will definitely return . The breakfast at the Churchill is very very good with a good variety of choices of the East and West as well as providing an impeccable service . However, maybe is due to the New Year holiday the line up was huge about 30 minutes waiting period for the table.

I celebrate my anniversary with my boyfriend in Conrad, I was totally surprised by the service provided by them, the bell boy Dylan and Regan very proactive and helpful. The FO Dayo also provide detail and friendly introduction of the room and facilities and thanks for his upgrade and the cake.
My package included a 60 Minutes spa service and we pay extra $200 to extend to 90 min, both therapist are very professional.

yes, there is hotel tax in macau. as a consumer, before u confirm booking, u need to check if the price is all inclusive (ie price + tax + agency fee)!
on date of arrival, hotel will ask u to pay a deposit which is refundable.
"Hotel provides free shuttle bus. You can also take the shuttle bus to Border Gate for a 1 day trip. If your intention is to unwind, don't give Conrad suite a miss."
