We arrived at the Macau airport at around 2:30pm and got to Holiday Inn Macau at 3:30. Taxi fare cost was 70.00macau and we were 3 adults and one child. Check-in was quick and hassle free (i booked our hotel 3 months earlier in the hotel website). When we got into the room, it was how it looked it the...

We stayed five days in this great hotel - everything was top notch - beautiful room and public spaces. Great location - in the heart of Macau.

This Holiday Inn is very much like most Holiday Inns that I have visited - outdated & not the cleanest hotels I have seen. This hotel claimed to be updated but it was updated on the cheap. It was convenient for our purposes of business & shopping, however, and was very closed to luxurious casinos if that is the purpose...

I have stopped at this hotel twice. The first time was with my wife in June 2008 when we decided to take a break from Hong Kong and visit Macau for a bit of fun and gambling. Check in was good, and the room was excellent on the higher floors. The hotel is not in the best of locations but...

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Macau with a friend in mid November. Luckily, it was just one night, because I got bed bug bites all over my upper arms and legs. Disgusting! I have stayed in hostels in developing countries and never had any issues. It was further unnverving to find out that the hotel knew about the issue,...

We easily found the Holiday Inn staff member at the ferry and he put our luggage on the hotel bus when it arrived(1/2 hourly). Check in was efficient though as our room was not ready(?) we allowed ourselves to be upgraded to a refurbished floor at an extra charge. Did not mind too much as had read on this site...

I was dissapointed in the hotel, it definitely need refurbishment. esp. the bathroom. Looks very old and shabby. Location is ideal and the double beds provided is big enough to sleep two. with the same price, you can get a newer hotel around the same location.. plenty to choose from..

Find the Holiday Inn (HI) shuttle bus by exiting the Macau Ferry Terminal and turn left towards the ramp. You already see a HI representative. The bus runs every 30 minutes and the journey takes no more than 10 minutes. Once at the hotel check-in was very welcoming and efficient. Within minutes after entering the lobby we arrived in our...

after reading some of the reviews I was afraid having made a mistake in chosing this hotel to stay in. However, it is as good as it can be for its price. The standard room was big enough to put a baby cottage in. The bathroom is a bit rundown, but still okay. A big deal is the breakfast buffet...

The hotel must be quite old, and shows its age. The AC is not very effective, and the bathrooms are shabby. If you are out most of the day, and use the hotel just for sleeping, it is acceptable.
