We stayed in a double room here during the off-peak season and loved it! The facilities and staff are fantastic, the prices for food and beverage weren't too bad either, considering other prices around Macau. It was so great to have some affordable luxury accommodation and be away from the tacky casino area at the same time.

We came here to have a short break from Hong Kong that doesn't require a flight. Indeed, it is a better choice than Hong Kong's beach hotels. Instruction to get onto the hotel shuttle from the jetfoil terminal was clear. But still, you need to ask to confirm which is your shuttle station as there are so many different ones....

Relaxxxxxxxx.. We were there to celebrate my daughters birthday and it was a great one. The resort staff also helped out with surprise cup-cakes in the room. Kids loved the swimming pools, they were like fish. We were there on weekdays so basically had the pools all to ourselves :) We had a real relaxing evening by the pool with...

We had a very relaxing break in this beautiful resort by the beach . Our room was very big and confortable with a large balcony facing the ocean where we enjoyed sitting in the evening and having morning coffee . The resort has many facilities which we enjoyed , indoor and outdoor pools a gym and great massage facilities ....

2nd visit, first time was Summer of 2015. The hotel rooms have a hint of aging. But the overall experience is still very nice. It is not a popular spot compared to the casinos in Macau, but that is what makes it a quiet getaway for those who want a peaceful time. Food-- Poolside: Vietnamese roll felt dried, the Club...

The rooms are great, the views are spectacular from the ocean view rooms, the pools are very nice, the food tastes wonderful (and is reasonably priced considering it is in Macau), the staff is friendly and responsive, the facilities are great, but the internet is garbage. We are constantly losing our connection, and the speeds vary greatly.

I got an online promotion and decided to pass the night of May 6th in what used to be the great Westin. The personnel is nice and the reception upgraded the room at our arrival. We got a big one with the beautiful Hac-Sa (black sand) beach view. There wasn't much sun but we decided to stay at the relaxing...

Lovey hotel a bit past it's five star days but trying to keep up appearances, it's a good four star. Contrary to some other reviewers we found the staff to be excellent. Attentive and cheerful but not obsequious, happy to get involved or just leave you be. I did notice that some guests had a very colonial attitude towards the...

This resort is located in Coloane which is a bit far from all the hustle and bustle of casinos and malls in Macau, so getting there is a bit tricky but taxi is cheap and they have free shuttle to town on hour so it's no problem. The hotel room was good size and it had everything we needed, plus...

The hotel grounds is beautiful, and is situated far from the casinos and the hustle/bustle of Macau. The room is huge, and has a beautiful terrace outside overlooking the beach. I could've sat there for the entire day to relax! The breakfast was alright, but the staff in the restaurant weren't really accommodating. There are also parts of the hotel...
