I’ve been working my way through all the hotels in Macau via staycations. This one, Emperor Hotel was a nice surprise, renovated, and spruced up I had a very comfortable stay. Paid only 250mop for the room but it was extremely comfortable… well appointed, no lingering musty smell or cigarettes. Very happy, very comfortable, very pleasant… again ? Sure no problem. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect for budget traveller, room is big. There's 7 eleven nearby.Everything is good except the lady staff f.o named Crystal Chio, unfriendly and not smiling. I hope you can train her more of welcoming guest. Thank you...

We booked Emperor from Agoda website because of the price (we were on a budget) and stayed at Emperor end of June for only one night. Overall, our hotel room was alright and comes with complimentary shuttle bus to ferry terminal and also other hotels. Not many restaurants near the hotel. Nevertheless, given the low price, I would recommend Emperor to those on a budget trip.

Every thing was smooth and fine until the evening comes and i heard someone trying to open my door. Upon checking who is outside the door i found 2 old chinese couple was outside holding roomkeys and key card holder clearly mentioning the same room number that i have. The issue was immediately reported to the front desk, they apoligized but then this is a serious matter as it includes safety and security of their inhouse guests which is the most important thing the hotel must provide.

We stayed for a night during our Hong Kong visit. This hotel provides free bus shutter service but only at 30minutes interval. Senodo Square and the Ruin of St. Paul are also located within walking distance from the hotel.
Overall, we are very satisfied with this hotel with their service and “5-star” room. After a tiring walking tour to Senodo square, we felt comfortable and relaxed on sofa while watching LCD television. Thumb up for Emperor hotel!

Stayed in the Emperor for the second time as part of a large group of competitors taking part in the Macau Grand Prix.
Hotel rooms are basic but clean with ample storage space and beds are extremely hard.
Breakfast was buffet style each morning and we found that although the choice was reasonable the hot food was usually cold on service.
The hotel is centrally situated and taxis are easy to find. We found it a good base in the city and considering the small amount of time we spent in the hotel it was OK but given the choice would stay in a better hotel.

The hotel is not well located but it's not so difficult to reach entertainment attractions near there. Not so far you can find the Casino Hotel President as well as the MGM Casino Hotel. You have the opportunity to walk to Gran Lisboa Casino Hotel that is also not so far away. To visit the other casinos (newest and better than the above mentioned, such as, for example: The Venetian Macau Resort Hotel or the Galaxy Macau) you need taxi ... and prices aren't so cheap, depending by the honesty of the taxi driver.
Emperor Hotel has rooms with medium area ... but, obviously, if you pay more you can have upgrades until the suites. The rooms are clean and they are not noisy (except for the Orientals that came back drunk at the hotel and were screaming, laughing and singing along the corridor.
The hotel owns a Spa inside, with "massage" services. I haven't tried this service but some friends of mine that were with me in this hotel said that this service is good enough and you don't have to care to go out from the hotel and search for it outside.
The breakfast is very poor for Western People but I saw a lot of Orientals go and go continuously to the buffet to eat everything that they can eat.
WiFi connection is for free but it is a little bit unstable; you need to reconnect several times per session.

Hotel is located in a most convenient part of Macau Peninsula, nearby hotels are Lisboa, Starworld, Wynn and MGM. Hotel is located next to Landmark Hotel. Hotel is only a 5 min taxi ride from Macau Ferry Terminal, less than MOP$30.
Booked an Executive room via Agoda, price difference was little compared with regular rooms. Small fruit amenity was presented, room has good layout, appeared recently refurbished. Staff was polite overall.
Breakfast buffet served at level 4, don't expect too much as it is included in some of the room rates. I thought the round table (banquet style) setting was a bit awkward, but will get you through the morning.
Only concern is Housekeeping department of the hotel need to perform a better job in overall cleanliness of the rooms. Other than that, it was a problem-free stay. Likely to return.

I stayed here for 3 nights October 23rd to 26th.
I booked the room on Travelocity.
When I arrived everything was in order and I was given a non-smoking room on the 19th floor ... which was nice as it came with a free breakfast.
None of the rooms have internet access. But there is a business center on the top floor with a computer.
The first day it was typical continental breakfast, but the next two days breakfast was at the coffee shop and was more of a buffet style.
Buses and taxis are plentiful and cheap.
Lots of new construction going on and they were digging up the street with jackhammers - could actually hear it all the way up in the room, but it was really bad in the lobby.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Right from the start, the staff were very friendly and the checking in process was just so easy. We had a wonderful room on the 18th floor. Although the view is only looking at the building next door, the room was extremely quiet. Each night the staff came in and turned our bed down and left either fresh fruit or little nibbles. Every little thing was thought of. The room was a good size and the beds comfortable with lovely soft pillows. ( I love soft pillows ). It was also close to the casinos and lots of restaurants
The breakfast was very good with a good variety of local and western food. The staff here were also very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
