The whole experience was just amazing and words can’t describe how perfect the stay was, from check in until check out every gesture of what they do was into details. Thank you very much front office and guest relation team!
Check-in procedure, It was efficient and the agent Vernisse showed her welcome to me once she saw me, offered assistance proactively and she thought further steps head for my stay with anything I might need. Faye, the duty manager, she came in person for greeting and also wish me a happy birthday. She showed her hospitality and she made sure my stay was beyond expectation.
Room design and Decor It was with stunning view and fresh welcome amenities. They’ve noticed that the purpose of the stay was for celebrating my birthday, after entering the room I was shocked with the decoration and the photo frame they made for me. And this credit to the guest relation team Melanie Amy and Christine. Thank you so much for the beautiful balloons and photo frame! By the way, the hand writing of the welcome card was a delight.
Hardware and facilities Extra water set up in room was thoughtful, bed linen and bathrobe was very silky and comfortable, I like when they pull out the drawers from bathroom to refreshment center so you can easily see what you need and grab, cuz in other hotels, you have to open up drawers to search for amenities. The room smells nice and even tho it’s been operating for years but everything is still maintained in very good condition.
In Room Dining Service It’s understandable that the choice is less due to the COVID 19, same as other hotels, but we ordered 4 dishes and all of them tasted really good, the in room dining service staff was very polite and kind, thank you for the set up!
Overall, this should be the first choice for anyone when it comes to hotels in Macau, I don’t see any other reason for NOT staying!

Ritz-Carlton Macau is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed so far. With no doubt the hardware of the hotel is luxury and perfect. Every staff is helpful and always wears a smile. They simply take good care of our needs before we ask for it such as refilling of shampoo and towels in room after our swim. I left my watch after check out and it was quickly found and returned back to me. I am really impressed by Ritz-Carlton Macau and for sure will come back again.

This is my very very first time in RC and they truly redefine my understanding of luxury hotel. I came with my wife and 2 children, they prepared a lot of personalized items in suute, especially a calendar filled with my photos taken with the family that I posted on social medias. It is an open to public profile so I did not fill my privacy was assessed. Apart from the beautifully prepared calendar, Ritz Kids package for my children are such a nice touch as well as a large amount of candies set up in the suite. The Front Office Manager escorted us to in room check in and provided all necessary information during stay. Room was clean and well prepared. The only suggestion I have is to change the kettle, the one in RC is small and attached to a cable. JW Marriott uses a much user friendly kettle which they might consider. One last thing, they were really able to remember and recognize guests, i was addressed way before i encountered a service associate and this truly wowed me. As we stepped into this property, there was an instant sense of tranquility and elegance. We booked a Premier Club Suite. The room was spacious with soothing décor. You'll need to set wakeup calls because the bed was so comfortable and you wouldn't want to get up. The room included access to the Club Lounge, where you are offered long-hour access for awesome breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The Ritz Carlton team was very attentive and anticipated our needs. We are beyond grateful for their great service. Simply the best experience we've ever had from a hotel.

We chose to stay in Ritz Carlton Macau recently since we were so thrilled to make a celebration for our kids who won Championship in an international music competition this year. We were strongly impressed with all the arrangements and happy surprise that Ritz Carlton had prepared during our stay .
In general , my room is spacious and has a terrific view of Macau. Cleanliness was spotless and amazing hospitality were provided by your staff.
We would like specially to thank your Hotel club manager Ms Abbie Leong and Kate Leung who were extremely helpful , friendly and caring for every little details. Honestly the hospitality offered by them will make you proud and I will definitely recommend Ritz Carlton to all my friends. Totally value for money!!

I have lived in most of Ritz Carlton in China, but the feeling of Ritz Carlton in Macao is beyond other Ritz Carlton. I made an appointment for a pick-up. Catherine of the hotel arrived at the airport early to wait for us to come out. Because this is my first anniversary with my girlfriend, I contacted Abbie in advance. Abbie and Catherine are very considerate. My request is not a problem for them. They arranged my room very carefully and prepared luggage tag and two lions with our names very considerately. Indeed! it's our favorite hotel to stay in; away from home. I always get a call from Ms. Jenny right after booking our stay, just to confirm with me if we do have a special arrangement that we will be needing during our stay. She has been doing this since October 2021.
These hotel staff are very welcoming people. From the security guards, bellperson, front desk officers and specially guest recognition team has become to be well acquianted with us, as we have been frequently booking our stays here.
We also get to experience different suites that has truly made an impact on our stays as Ms. Jenny made sure that our expectations has been met and has made it a very relaxing stay.
Ms. Jenny (GR) has made sure that everytime we have a fascinating and memorable stay as always. Even Mr. Dustin (IRD) had even went to our room to deliver us a package and his warmest welcome back to the hotel. This kind gesture has truly warmed our hearts.
We also would like to extend our most grateful appreciation to Mr. Mudlove (Housekeeping) to always attending our room when we badly needed help during our last stay (November 2021) and last but not the least we also would like to appreciate and say thanks to Ms. Phoebe (GR) for accompanying us to our rooms and even offered my niece a personalized Lion.
These are just simple gestures that has truly made us come back, and will surely be coming back to celebrate more family occassions.

We had a terrible accident with the jacuzzi on the first day, the water splashed from the bathroom and wet even our bed. Marie came with her team members to patiently dry everything. This is my first time staying at Ritz Carlton Macau. We stayed for one night and it was the most memorable experience! The first thing we experienced was the professional and humble service from Phoebe, the one who escorted us to our room. She made us feel very welcomed, did a room introduction and explained everything we needed to know inside and outside of the room, such as room description, amenities, pool operating hours and so on. Moreover she helped us with our check-in, which I would call it an express check-in, as it was super fast and simple, which we don't usually experience with other hotels. This is one of the best qualities Ritz Carlton has, in comparison with other 5* hotels around town. To add on, Phoebe was very friendly too, we enjoyed her service a lot.
We loved the room so much, from the size to the decorations and to how amazing the bed was, perfect size with the perfect pillows! We've had one of the best nights yet! The room was very spacious, the toilet was humongous and very beautiful, all the marble design and how comfortable the flow of the entire room was. It was an excellent 10/10, just base on the room itself. In our opinion, Ritz Carlton has the best room in Macau!
Talking about the rooms, the most exceptional and personalized room amenities we've ever experienced, especially in Macau. Melanie came to our room, with the biggest smile and utmost professional service, making sure we were enjoying our stay. She prepared all these special arrangements, and it sure made us feel extra special, warm and we really felt like she really cared about us, which we don't usually experience elsewhere. Ritz always has a way to make us feel exceptionally happy and special. Every little detail matters to us, and Ritz Carlton Macau was able to exceed our expectations. We will definitely come stay at Ritz again!
Additionally, we also enjoyed how relaxing the Ritz Carlton pool was. We stayed at one of the cabanas and service was fantastic! We also headed over to the grand resort deck, with some fun splash on the lazy river. Again, the best swimming pool experience in the whole Macau, for sure! The water slides were so much fun too, the resort just keeps adding to our excitement and experience.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to all the amazing staff members of Ritz Carlton Macau, who contributed to our beautiful staycation. They always go above and beyond our expectations. Always recommending the hotel to family and friends.

Thank you for choosing us for your coming stay.Kindly to inform you we do have the Club Lounge charge for the child who is between 7 to 12 years old, the rate will be HKD 500.00+15% service charge and government tax per room per night from Monday to Thursday and HKD 600.00+15% service charge and government tax per room per night from Friday to Sunday. The rate will subject to the stay period of your booking.
I am happy to inform you the Grand Resort Deck already fully open for all the facilities. The swimming pool of the Ritz Carlton also opened for the guest. It is the constant temperature swimming pool and the operation time will be 9am to 6pm daily.
