The most memorable staycation so far! This is the second St Regis that we have stayed and it never fails to disappoints us. It starts from pre arrival email sent by Butler Service agent Eric to ensure all will be set during our stay from the warm welcome by Rooms manager Willy and our energetic and very helpful Butler Frank to show the room facilities and services. The room arrange was fantastic and cant ask for more! Welcome drinks and amenities was sent by Butler Ariz and Felix (I hope i got their names right) and gave us their energetic welcome. Children amenities and personalize cards were fabulous and my 4 years old son really love it! In addition to this, considering the pandemic issue, the hotel practice a good safety hygience from the lift to the covered amenities sent to your room up until the luggage storage sanitation. (This is really importatnt nowadays) At night, Housekeeper has made our room to a sleeping HAVEN when we arrive in the room. Turndown service is a lullaby for my kiddo with a special and personalize note and amenities. In suite dinning was spectacular and tasty (SuperB food and breakfast delivery considering it was served early morning at 06:30am). Pool deck cabannas is 100 percent good! Staff are friendly and attentive. On our departure, Ana and FO team has bid farewell and tried their best to comfort my son who keeps on crying and do not want to go and asking to stay another day! He feels this hotel is home away from home. We will surely be back! Me and my family left speachless and fascinated with this stay. Kudos to all the staff here in the St. Regis Macao!

St Regis was the second hotel we stayed for our staycation this year. At the same time, we also celebrated our wedding anniversary. Prior to that, the butler team emailed us and asked what amenities we needed. Upon arrival, everything was prepared in the room, including a baby cot, baby bath tub, a set of children amenities and a set of baby amenities. I was very impressed that they even put a stool in one sink for the children (that was new and was not provided in other hotels I have stayed in so far) and a Panda brushing set to hold the children's toothbrush. The ambience and the renovation was very classy and comfortable. We were upgraded to empire suite, which was very HUGE! The butler team also decorated the room full of balloons and offered us a cake for our anniversary. Our children had a good time playing with balloons! The Butler team delivers coffee 24-7 and it is very good for coffee lovers (if you are not, you can also request for tea and even ice lemon tea). Due to the pandemic, breakfast was served in room, and there were 4 choices, Chinese, American, Continental and Japanese. It was tasty and very full for 2 adults and 2 children. Location wise, it is located in Cotai Sands, which is very convenient, and not too far walk from Venetian and Parisian (with the linked bridge). Overall, we are very impressed and we look forward to stay again in the future!

My gf booked a staycation in St Regis Macau to celebrate my birthday. She put a birthday remark on the booking. We are very surprise by all the sweet warm services from their staffs, the room was decorated with balloons and they have prepare a small cake when we check in to the room.
There is a 管家 assigned to each room, our 管家Mr D Wong had been very caring during our stay. 😳 There is a promotion package call 從心出發, u will be able to enjoy 600 mop dinning coupon plus later check out ( till 18:00 the next day) when u book a room. Great value of money, this is definitely the best hotel I had been to for the last few years.
In additional, they even have a warm outdoor swimming pool, the temperature is over 30degree C

I was really thrilled by my very short stay at the st Regis Macau. I am looking forward to coming back.
The service was outstanding - I had a really tough day on very little sleep before arriving at the hotel, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The butler service in the rooms and the small touches the hotel provides (tea service, an evening dessert) really take the experience to the next level. Special thank you to manager Samuel Go and butler Rebecca for their help.
The rooms:
I stayed in a St Regis suite and loved it. The rooms are understated and elegant, and I think this is a welcomed option in a city that can offer some really over the top rooms. All the details in the room were really thoughtful, including a truly legitimate hairdryer, not a flimsy cheap one - I think it’s details like this that really demonstrate whether a hotel has thought about the comfort of its guests. The price differential between the suites and the rooms was actually very reasonable at the time I stayed, and I think the suite is a hundred percent worth the splurge and the way to go.
I originally booked a Cotai view room. I would recommend *against this as these rooms overlooked construction and drilling is audible in the rooms even on the 27th floor. These rooms are also more expensive for some reason than those that face the city of dreams bc you can see the Eiffel Tower replica. However most of this view is blocked by the hotel next door, and it’s just a little corner that you get ... This is actually the only really quibble I have about my St Regis experience. I am pretty sensitive to noise, and given the reviews that have noted construction around the hotel, I asked the first gentleman who checked me in whether my room would be affected. He sort of gave a very blasé answer between “I don’t know and probably not”. It would have been really helpful to know that the entire category of room that I had booked was affected by construction - it would have saved some back and forth about what rooms would have worked.
Food:
I ordered room service and also enjoyed the breakfast service. The breakfast is awesome. If you have the option to add it, it’s well worth it. There is an incredible cheese and fruit selection, as well as very tasty dim sum / Congees etc. All of it is also beautifully presented.
When I first arrived at the hotel I was incredibly tired and stressed out. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the care that the staff showed in making me feel comfortable. A big thank you to the ladies and gentlemen of the St. Regis Macau.

What a great accommodation experience in such an extraordinary luxury hotel.
Thank you very much for the birthday celebration arrangements from St. Regis Team!
Specially thanks to FOM-Sunny, Butler- Anna and Lama from The Manor. We are surprised by the butler team for the decoration and some butlers celebrated with us together!
Our room was assigned to Grand Deluxe (I wish it were a suite room at first because I'm Gold Elite and book via Amex FHR as well, two categories upgrade should be?) Room was exceptionally clean and comfort, the hard wares were well maintained. We can see housekeeping team is doing an incredibly good job on cleanliness. Hygiene products such as masks and sanitizer hand gel were provided in room. Suggest cleaning the outside window, it looks didn't clean for a LONG time, it affects the view.
The Manor
Lama who serves us is very professional and kind. He gave us recommendation and introduced every dish in detail. Thank YOU for the birthday arrangement. We enjoy the dinner a lot.
St. Regis Bar
Fully booked as always. We went back to room and wait for the table when available. It took around 30 mins for waiting. The atmospheres were great with the live band.
The overall experience in St. Regis is very good. All the colleagues are well in grooming and we can feel the warm hospitality welcome from the team. We will definitely come again for the great services!

As being the platinum member of Marriott and their basic room are full, I was upgraded to the empire suite(normally st Regis suite or metropolitan for platinum member) on the 38th floor. The view is unbreakable as you can see all sands flagship properties like venetian Parisian fourseasons from the windows.
The butler who delivered me the welcome drink is super nice. And the premium hours at the new st Regis bar is amazing. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the firth floor meeting space and the quality is perfect.
Thank you for everyone at the st Regis macao, I will definitely come back in the future!

Special thanks to Front Office - Krissie, Patrick and Amy Chan
Butler service - Albee, Mia, Brenda
Housekeeping - (sorry we weren't able to see their name tags)
All of them were super friendly and helpful, answered to our requests and queries patiently and professionally. Thank you for making us feel welcomed, it was definitely a memorable stay with St. Regis.
Guest room wise, the room type we stayed in was not very spacious, but it sure was the cosiest one. The structure of the guest room feels very much like home (living room, dining table at the back, beautiful plants, individual dressing table, wardrobe, cloak closet by the door, etc). The view was spectacular, we could see the whole stretch of cotai strip including the parisian, venetian, COD and even the taipa houses.
Hygiene wise was perfect, the entire property from guest rooms to swimming pool were excellent, swimming pool was remarkably great. plus, they have two separate swimming pools and jacuzzis, so it'll be great for people who prefers lesser people in the same pool and more personal space.
Not to complaint, but it'll be best to brief the staffs at the entrance to avoid further miscommunication. as we were told that we could leave the carpark without going through shroff office, all we have to do is just show our keycard holder to the officer "at the parking lot gate" (we even triple confirmed with the staff and he was confident about it), however, it was not true. we had to reverse our car at the gate and go back to the shroff office to submit our car number plate to waive the parking fees before leaving. It was not a big problem for us, but it would be helpful to the other guests if the staffs could provide accurate information in future :)
Overall experience, it's still wonderful, we'll be back in a few days!

During arrival, the lady who checked me in (sorry, I forgot the name), was passionate, positive and cheerful.
During the stay, especially on my check out date, I request for reheat my Chinese breakfast around 1130hrs, but it takes an hour and more until I called to ask, the butler who pick up my phone saying that because of the pandemic, reheat food is not available. Question, since the pandemic are not allow for reheat food, why don’t you reject me on the first stage? And Turns out my food was missing after FnB staff picked up my food??? The FnB staff came to our room and find out what’s happening, but she was checked our food inside the hotbox. This action let me feel that “you don’t trust your guest, and what for you checking my hotbox? You think that I’m hiding food inside the hotbox?” I really curious about the checking hotbox action. Did they always check on guest’s hotbox whenever complaint shows up?
I approached counter for check out, there’s only 1 receptionist, I believed the back office was just behind the counter, bell wouldn’t go inside the office and tell his/her colleague that there’s a guest waiting outside? Waited for around 15mins, finally a female receptionist came out, but she was asking the bell is there any guest engaging? I beg that she approach me faster than she keep asking the bell any guest is waiting for service. And finally, she realise I’m the one who waiting for check out, my friends are all standing behind me, can’t believe that the receptionist said “Actually you all can just proceed to The Manor for enjoy the cocktails first, and leave 1 people here” WHATTTTT?????????? We were thought that she would like to offer me and my friends proceed to The Manor and bring the bill to me instead of ask all my friends to The Manor and just 1 person stay with her for check out.
The communication breakdown was a little disaster. I received a call from The Manor, saying that my afternoon tea reservation was booked at 1430hrs. But I already had my in room afternoon tea during my check in date. Hence, the receptionist was ask again did I have my afternoon tea yet? And the third time was the receptionist of The Manor asking me. An afternoon tea can ask me for 3 times, doesn’t you guys have a record on it that I already enjoyed my afternoon tea inside my room?
When we sat down at The Manor, one my friend was ordered a room temperature sparking water, turns out the waitress bring a cold San Pellegrino to us and saying that the one we ordered was out of stock. Shouldn’t this need to be inform in advance instead of bring another one without asking my opinion?
Appreciated that the butler team was doing a great job on my celebrations. The decorations, the handwriting card, thanks to Brenda for the card, Marwin for arranging my wine and Manior( if I’m not mistaken, the supervisor who welcoming me). The butler team did a very great job.
But FnB and front office, I think they need more improvement. Please provide more training to the staff. And trust your guest instead of checking hotbox

It was a fantastic stay experience at St. Regis Macau! The St. Regis Macau really presented the “St. Regis” service style for me, no matter hotel’s service or facilities. During COVID-19 period, hotel prepared masks and alcohol hand wash gel for guests. Specifically thanks for front desk staff Allen Hu and Amy Chan, not only presented professional skill and free upgrade room with a nice view when checking in, but also really nice even wearing a mask I still could feel Amy’s smile face made everything smooth and comfortable when checking out. By the way, The St. Regis Macau provided a great night sleep quality for us, that was the most comfortable bed I ever stay in hotel. Overall that was an amazing experience stay, may The St. Regis Macau will be the first choice hotel to stay next traveling in Macau.

The rooms in St. Regis Macao are indeed nice! They are spacious and able to maintain a good balance between modern and classic. Overall, the rooms are highly comfortable. The hotel was also very kind that they offered me a free upgrade to a very high-end suite with an astonishing view over Cotai Strip and Hengqin Island.
However, its butler services are not as good as its physical environment. Firstly, to me, its butler has no difference from a normal front desk. Secondly, its butlers were somehow rude, which was a surprise to me. For instance, they would hang up my call directly without saying goodbye (which made me wondered if I was making any unreasonable request when I was just asking them to help clean up the room when my friends came in). They also won't give me any reply when I said something like "thank you" or "sorry for bothering you" (it made me really feel like I was really bothering them when I told them that the iPad in my room was not working). However, its receptionists were really friendly.
St. Regis Macao has the perfect hardware and fair service in general. Unfortunately, its butler service, which should have been its main strength, was the main factor significantly dragging down the entire quality of my stay.
