Never canceled room,(had family emergency), charged me as a no show; which I agree is fair enough.....except for the fact they charged me 7 weeks later!! The day I was going on holidays. They never even rang to see were we checking in. Rang to explain the circumstances, found them very unhelpful. Have been to many weddings here, and would...

Stayed here in August with my husband and children. We stayed in the cottages. Our check in was excellent. We were met by very friendly and professional ladies. We arrived early and they had no problem trying to organise an early check in. Cottages were perfect, clean and had everything you would want. We stayed for two nights... We ate...

Wow. Beyond let down. Pictures do NOT describe rooms. Paid for a seaview room with a bath. Ended up in a grubby, out dated, hole. No bath in the room. Seaview.. Of a car park. Will not be recommending. There is apparently only 1 room with a seaview and a bath.

Stayed here for one night in Sept 2015 while meeting a group of friends who were over golfing from the states. Like a lot of people here I would have been aware of the Armada and its reputation so I was expecting standard in line with that reputation. My initial experience was that the staff on reception on arrival were...

Stayed 4 nights in September booked 2 rooms tranquility suite & signature both with gorgeous views. Apart from a couple of friendly reception staff the rest of the team were quite unhelpful, bordering on rude. We were told that traditional music was being played one night only to arrive downstairs & be informed it was a private party so we...

We recently stayed in the Armada, and we had booked the Tranquility suite, and they are amazing - the views where gorgeous, lying in bed hearing the waves crash is so relaxing. Lovely hotel, and lovely ambiance One little problem in this day is that there is no wifi in the rooms, not a big deal for us, as we...

We stayed in this pleasant hotel for a one night hotel stop over recently. The staff were most welcoming and friendly. I am not one to notice hotel toiletries but they were particularly refreshing and smelt of the Burren. They were made by "The Handmade Soap" company. The soap and body lotion were really fragrant. We couldn't be accommodated in...

Stayed here for 2 nights in August in a family room. Hotel itself is very nice looking with beautiful views over the Atlantic. Despite staying in a family room for 4 persons, the room was only equipped for 2 persons. We had to ask for more towels, toiletries, glasses & toilet roll. Despite asking for the toilet roll twice (ringing...
