My partner and I were looking to spend some quite time in a sustainable place, Sant'egle exceeded our expectations. The place is magical, sunsets are breathtaking, the surroundings are magical as well, food is amazing all organic and suitable for every single preference, meat eaters, vegans, vegetarians or raw foodists, if you are a health freak like we are, you'll... My sister and I shared a room at Sant'Egle for three nights. The historic building is sensitively updated with minimal but elegant modern details and furnishings, and the property is beautifully maintained. The location is excellent, with gardens and guest amenities on the site, quiet gravel roads and farmlands immediately adjacent, and beautiful historic towns and sites within easy driving... More

Great place, great food, great Host's. The area villages are peaceful and relaxing. Not to many people for those of us that like the country. We think the price was a good value. Would recommend this place to anyone that desires to eat and drink good organic foods.

Words can't describe what a great place this was. Our first night in Tuscany, we arrived at this organic farm and Allesandro greeted us and showed us around - orchards, fruit and veg gardens, incredible semi-natural swimming pool, relaxation area... couldn't ask for more. The house itself is beautiful, and the rooms are full of character. Everything fits perfectly. Dinner... More

Every once in a while you find a magical place where there is passion so deep you cannot help but be smitten; thus lies the trifecta of Sant’Egle. Erika and Alessandro are a combination of grace and creativity, passion and an eye for beauty. There is so much to be said; where to begin? Throughout the property there are tiny... More

Erika and Allesandro are welcoming hosts at Sant' Egle - the organic farm is fantastic and close to Sorano which in our view was more authentic and much less touristy than neighbouring Pitigliani (where we enjoyed lunch on the way through to Sorano). Highly recommend this experience - we took a cooking class and made cheeses (3 kinds) and zucchini... More

Thank you Erika and Alessandro.....what a wonderful and delightful inn. Located just outside the wonderful fortress town of Sorano, in the middle of a vineyard and farm land. It was a fabulous respite from a long day of scootering around Tuscany and Umbria on a vespa. I had the five course meal they serve on the weekend and it was... More

We found this lovely agriturismo by chance just seen a sign that said 'frutta e verdura' and we decided to go and check it out! The couple is very sweet and the place just stunning. They grow only organic and they are also certified! Worth for staying, for eating or just for bio-shopping!
