Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is well varied and the restaurant is five stars. The room was very clean. They also updated us to a suite. The location is just perfect. It is just a walk to the electric stairs that lead to the cathedral. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are excellent, very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is one minute walk to the bus stop to Rome, and it is also close to Sainte Rita's Shrine. The hotel has a restaurant, which is very delicious. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast is very good for Italy, with gluten free bread, fresh fruit, wide variety...

Traveling with Italian in laws, stayed 5 hotels last 5 days, price good, but hotel rooms tiny, barely enough room to turn around. Wifi very annoying, have to put in codes constantly and turns off immediately or in the middle of looking at something even in the breakfast room, like some other hotels, no dim light to use at night,...

It is a simple hotel for one night stay only as it is at walking distance from Saint Rita shrine. The bed was not comfortable at all, the toilet was too small and the room looked old but the breakfast and dinner made the difference, as they were delicious. The thing that makes this hotel pleasant is its surroundings.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review and agree with you that at some period of the year is a bit 'of confusion especially on weekends, but the flow of the religious towards the sanctuary focuses exactly on those days.
