Unless you have a business account you are not welcome in this hotel!! Seriously the staff don't want to help, we stood at reception for ten minutes with 3 people behind he desk and they weren't helping other people but we couldn't get one to even look us in the eye and

The hotel was very clean, very arranged, very hi-thec, but that was all. I think is best suited for business and not for plasure. It is a bit far away from the city center, cold and lifeless. I think is just a little too expensive for what it offers.

This hotel is excellent considering the price and it comes with the added bonus that if you book through hotel rez, you do not have to pay a deposit and can cancel the room up to 24 hours in advance without any cancellation charges. This was the main reason we booked this hotel

After a nightmare journey from Girona airport we eventualy found this hotel. The area seems to be 'under development' and isn't very touristy at all. But entering our room made up for the stress that we had gone through! Very contemporary design and furnishings (Bang and Olufson

The best way to the center is by taking the tube. A station is close by - walking distance less than 5 minutes. From there it is approximately 20 min to the city center. I found this quite convenient. Taking a taxi may mean to wait longer than the trip itself depending on the time of the day.

what are the hours of the airport shuttle?
Do you have a dry spa and a treadmill in the fitness center?
Treadmill yes but not a dry spa. Enjoy Barcelona. Would appreciate a "like" vote if info posted is of help.

We checked in early without a problem. I did not call ahead of time about an early check-in. We were not charged for an early check in. I think we just got lucky. It probably depends on the hotels occupancy.

What time is check in and check out?
I think it varies depending on the size of event on. But I vaguely recall it was something like 11am check out. It's a big corporate hotel that's more focused in volume and getting rooms turned over than the individual per se, in that sense. It's also high demand hotel because of its location. Well, that's my view. I am not saying the service is indifferent but it's not a cosy boutique service level.
