The Hotel is located outside of the city center, but have really good Connections. There is Metro, R train and Commuter train within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It is a fairly fresh hotel with good customer service
We lived in Barcelona for years and went back to visit for a week, we needed parking and two rooms and as we know the city well, we were not too concerned about location. This hotel offered good prices for the dates we stayed.
Right on the bus route into Barcelona. Special multi-trip bus ticket purchases offer cheap trips to the Centre. Great breakfast, spotless basic rooms, well priced and staff extremely well informed on the best sights and museums etc.
We paid £79.99pp for two nights including flights on Wowcher, this hotel was fine for this very low price, I don't know how much it costs full whammy but you might want to look elsewhere if it's a lot more.

Stayed here for 7 nights for a meeting at the conference centre. The hotel is about 15min drive from the airport, and a taxi cost around €22 for me to get there.
The stay was basic but comfortable.

If this is your first time then I will suggest you to take a cab. Cab should charge 20-25 Euros. It takes 10 minutes max. And if you prefer public transport then catch bus 46 from Terminal T2. It takes 15 minutes with 4 stops and drops you at the opposite side of the hotel and its only 2 minutes walk from there.
