We had two nights stay at this beautiful hotel in Pehelgam, an excellent location, with a view of Lidder river flowing between the mountains. Very pleasant and friendly staff, rooms were clean, with heated mattresses, overall a decent accommodation. The food was good, we enjoyed our short stay in the hotel. The reception and staff were friendly and wearing a smile always. We booked this hotel through a travel agent and there was confusion in booking dates due to some communication gap between the agent and hotel reservation manager. we ended up at the hotel & there was no booking for us for the day. We were a family of 14 pax and it was pretty difficult to accommodate all of them in a similar star hotel during this busy tourist period. I want to thank the hotel staff who tried to go out of the way & arranged accommodation for us near Green heights. Incidentally we had to split between 2 rooms at GH & 3 rooms at another cottage-style hotel across the river but it was still manageable rather than going to some remote 2-star hotel. The time was difficult but we were happy that it was managed well with efforts from the Hotel staff. The food was good, there were good options and above all, I liked the smile on the faces of all the staff. Thanks to Mr. Owais for having it arranged nicely at the hotel. Overall a stay that I recommend 😍

This hotel's only plus point is view from it. otherwise everything is poor. room was stinking as some sewer pipe was leaking. no option to heat beds . they are charging too high for buffet option & food was tasteless. preparation during breakfast was horrific. staff was very unfriendly. There is restaurant hardly 500 mtrs near lidder bridge where very tasty food available at reasonable prices.

My wife and me came here to explore pehlgam and we have decided to stay in green heights hotel for 2 days . We got excellent services like 1. greetings us & escort our luggages from main gate to our room , 2. Delicious morning breakfast & dinner 3. Instant Room service 4. Hygiene and well senitized room along with heating bed 5. Warm water 6. Outstanding location ( flowing river and glacial mountain infront of the hotel )
In addition, my wife was having stomach pain she was not able to join the dinner and I requested dinner manager to provide food and medicine into our room and within 5-10 minutes they did it . I really appreciate their instant service .

The hotel is situated around 14 km away from pahalgam on a hill top with nothing around. The river is located downhill around 10 min walk from the hotel. The hotel has different blocks and we got a room in Block E which is around 30-40 stairs uphill from reception. You should try to avoid block E as it's further on top and is away from the reception and dining area unless you enjoy going up and down uneven stairs. The room was big in size but the amenities lacked cleanliness . The towels were torn, the bedding was torn at a few places and there were stains on the bedding. The bathroom was designed very poorly as the geyser was on top of the toilet, so you are bound to hit your head after using toilet. The breakfast was pretty average as the tea was even served in paper cups and food had very limited options. As there is no other place nearby you will have to take your dinner buffet here, which is very average and costs around 800 for 2,and the child goes free. Overall a very average place , with below par cleanliness and food , manages to stay full because of travel craziness. The only positives were the room size which was quite big and the view of the river from uphill. Don't get fooled by the lawn as it's artificial grass on one side and you will even see hawkers inside the hotel premises selling clothes. Overall a Big avoid .

During our visit in pahalgam the tour operator had given some options & we selected this hotel. There are different types of rooms here. 4 blocks of double storied cottages with 5 rooms in each. There is a common area with balcony in the lower floor. There is a river facing triple occupancy room with balcony & the other one is a double occupancy room which is back side facing. In the upper floor there are 3 double occupancy room of which 2 are river facing with balcony. There is another block of 15 rooms double/ triple occupancy rooms all are river facing. Centralised heating facility is there in all rooms.
There was water leakage from the wash basin tap by around 8.00pm & front office manager Mr. Zahoor immediately made arrangements to change our room. He had given us a triple occupancy room. The is spacious, clean toilets. There is a normal blanket & electric blanket over the beds. As I'm allergic to blanket they removed that from our room.House keeping staffs were courteous & very helpful.
The view from our room was breathtaking especially in the morning & at sunset. We can see the mountain ranges at a distance & Lidder river flowing through the valley.
Buffet breakfast & dinner were good. One day we had lunch also. We had chicken biriyani, plain rice & chicken kanthi. Good quantity was there & tasty too. The staff in the restaurant are also very good.
We had a pleasure stay. Will recommend.

Property with altitude got amazing view of river and mountains. Rooms are well with scope of improvement. Food is delicious. Good Wi-Fi connectivity at all places. House keeping is adorable, boys genuinely take care of their guests, very polite,sweet, warm and welcoming. Loved my 2 days stay and hospitality.

Beautiful location, humble people, they follow अतिथि देवो भवः. My stay at Green Heights during Pahalgam visit has some mesmerizing memories. I made one request and they ensured it is done. On last day we were planning to leave very early so that we can visit Tulip Garden before catching flight. I requested Mr. Ahmed for hot water availability at 5AM. Normally they provide hot water between 7AM to 10AM. They honoured my request and we could leave early. Ummer was very prompt on this. Thanks Ummer. People of Green Heights are very humble and prompt to address your problem.
Hotel is located at hill side which gives a very good view of valley. Jhelum’s music soothes your ears. Hotel is located just two minutes from rafting point. Valley view is awesome from hotel room as well as from podium.
Rooms and bathroom are very spacious clean. Bed heater is available and working properly. Kettle is available for making hot water which is needed in such cold weather. There was problem with our kettle and was replaced immediately. Food is also tasty. The buffet has two veggies and a non veg. Breakfast also has multiple options available. It fills your tummy so you can enjoy your day. Hotel Green Heights team, we will meet again during my next visit to Pahalgam.

Location: The hotel is located at a very appropriate location, where once you remove the curtains all you see is the mountain and Lidder river. The view is to die for, you can see the sun set behind the mountains and hear the river flowing. Food: As a whole food portion and taste was really impressive. Service: This is the sector probably for which they need improvement. The service is very slow. They kind of forget that we have asked for something and at least needs to be called 3 / 4 times, to get one necessary service. I asked for Coffee and i never received that on the first day. Second day i called them multiple times to get the same.

This hotel is one of the best hotel in pahalgam with beautiful river view visited this JulyThe scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Big and clean room with classy ambience. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Food is excellent. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager Mr Shabir Raza who does a great job here a true sample of excellent hospitality! Will definitely visit again.

Experience at Green Heights was fabulous because of its scenic location, very kind and friendly hotel staff. One of them, Zahid, was very polite and good at heart to offer us room service and made sure we had everything we need in our room for the night. You can sit in the garden, enjoy the mountain view in chilling cold weather and then stay warm in your rooms with wooden furniture. The food is also delicious. We had Indian and continental breakfast.
