Fabulous dinner to celebrate Mothers Day & my sons 1st birthday :) Looking forward to this year's meal and hoping to make it a family tradition. Grounds fantastic also, many a summer stroll was taken to breathe in the surroundings.
Myself & my girlfriend went here for a weekend. Greeted by a friendly receptionist, bags taken to the room by a very friendly man. The room was fabulous, spacious with a great bathroom & a big cosy bed! Went for a stroll around the grounds,...More

The Wi-Fi when we stayed was not good to non-existent in our guest room. As mentioned in my review, we were in the converted stables and the walls were very thick stone, as they are throughout the castle. I didn't look for evidence of it, but even with a transmitter in the hallway outside the room, I think the signal would be weak inside the rooms. The signal in the common areas (Great Hall, bar, restaurant, hallways) was just fine for our needs such as checking email.
