Stayed one week in September 2013. Good , clean, basic rooms, with nice bathrooms. Little in the way of toiletries, so bring your own soap. Simple breakfast, but can be upgraded for small extra cost. Sonia and the lads very pleasant and helpful, especially with cases. Very near Kos Town cemtre, but in a fairly quiet area. Good value for...

My first stay at Sonia's, lovely people, very welcoming. Location is central with easy walking to lots of sites, beaches, restaurants etc. My family has stayed there many times & I would definitely book again! I loved relaxed breakfast on the terrace! We were treated like family & they went to extra trouble to make our stay even more memorable...

We have just had our fourth stay at Hotel Sonia. This is a terrace style hotel run by Sonia and her family. The suites were refurbished in 2011 to a high standard. Sonia and her family made us feel so welcome and nothing is a problem - from recommendations of where to eat, what see and do on Kos, transport...

OK - how many hotels have you been to where the owner is standing in the street at 06.10 phoning a taxi for you? She had not forgotten to book one the previous day just that on Kos you can pretty much only pre book taxis to the airport and we only wanted one to the ferry. Most small hotel...

Sonia and her family are really welcoming and helpful - in every way, offering great restaurant recommendations, sights, car rentals, and services. The rooms in this family hotel are comfortable and pleasant, and well priced. The location is quiet, but just a block off the harbor, so you can get in and out of the Old Town and harbor mix...

Sonia and her sons are so welcoming and helpful - they are truly what makes this place great. We didn't have high expectations of Kos or this hotel, as we were really using it as a 'stop-over' on our way to another Island for a friends wedding.. However day one, over breakfast, Sonia asked us what we were doing for...

This is a real find in Kos. Sonia and her family are so welcoming and friendly it's like going home. The place is spotless, really nice rooms for a very reasonable rate. Breakfast is great and the location superb. Loved it.

When a waiter in a bar gives you a card and recommends a hotel, you're bound to be a bit suspicious, but when my partner and I returned to Kos a couple of weeks later and phoned up on spec for a room, we were very pleasantly surprised. Hotel Sonia is within walking distance of the harbour and so is...
