Waking up and looking into Zugspitze mountain is a dream experience. The chalets are 5* with attention to details and as we are coming frequently the level of maintenance is high. We enjoyed the pool with a view. Overall the family vacation to remember.

Apartment 13 was great. The view of the Zugspitze wonderful. The daily freshly delivered breakfast was very fine. Extra requests were also implemented very quickly. Thank you!

This is the third time we have been here and it is still as beautiful as ever. Our apartment was immaculate as always, with the best view in the world - directly onto the Zugspitze. Mrs. De Priester and Mr. Brandl have outdone themselves as always.

It was a really nice vacation! The weather was poor but we would have had that almost anywhere. We chose the "best" times to go hiking every day. The apartments are big and well furnished. Everyone is very friendly and not forced.

We enjoyed the apartment very much and would recommend it to anyone. It was very comfortable and had a very good kitchen. Beds and bathrooms were great.
The only issue I had was with one of the receptionist ( the one with dark hair) . Very rude and unfriendly and treated us guests like we were pests. She was very curt when I checked in. When I wanted to check out at 7.45 am because we had to catch a plane and I was told to wait till 8am. She did the morning shift on the 31st Dec and 30th Dec and was really unpleasant and not cut out for the job
The other receptionist the one with the red hair was so much warmer and kinder. Overall, we loved the apartment and had no other issues whatsoever and would return but would avoid having to deal with unpleasant staff.,

The Pure 180 hotel and chalets offers an outstanding view from most rooms to the mountain area of the Zugspitze. The high quality interior of the spacious chalets are decorated with nice furniture and excellent beds and bathrooms. The restaurants offers nice meals with international menu’s and an excellent ‘konditorei’ with delicious home made pastries and cakes. Very nice and friendly staff makes your stay a unique experience.

Super nice accommodation, very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant and patisserie are great, everything is much too tasty !! Apartments are very nice and tastefully decorated, super clean and equipped with all comforts and luxuries. Small but nice wellness with great views, here you can relax after an intensive walk in the mountains. We will definitely go back one more time.

I'm strained to find any imperfection with this hotel other than the fact that we only had two days here. Every detail is just right and the view is unbelievable. I could just soak in the view for hours from the porch. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. Our family had the Family XL Spa room which could have easily fit twice as many people. We appreciated the dish washer in the apartment and the shared laundry facilities. Austria is expensive, but being able to go to the grocery store and cook in the room helped keep the costs down. I would highly recommend this hotel for a mountain retreat.

The bus stop is right in front of the Aparthotel and busses are free in winter 😊 I believe they go every 20 minutes or so 👍🏻

It depends which appartement you have. As the house is built on a hill, there are some stairs to take if you come up from the carport.
To the main building there are about 90 stairs. To the chalets only 5.
