This is a wonderful family run hotel, warm and cosy and close to the ski slopes with clean bright bedrooms. The food is delicious but if you don't want to eat in there are other restaurants within walking distance.

14 of us stayed at the Hotel Loisach in June of 2014. We're a group of bikers and hikers. The facilities for bikes is outstanding with a large secure garage, a bike washing station, and miles of breathtaking bike routes at all levels. Hoping into the warm pool after a grueling but exhilarating bike ride was so pleasant. Our view to Zugspitz, Germany's highest mountain was beautiful and we were there for the Berg in Flammen Festival, where on the longest day of the year, fires our set on the mountain sides in the shape of wondrous figures. The Bambi and Butterfly were darling! Our rooms were large and comfortable with an open but private toilet and shower plan that used the space very cleverly. The food offerings were quite impressive with an extensive breakfast buffet, to a generous afternoon snack buffet, to an excellent 4 course dinner every evening. The staff was friendly even during their busiest times. I was amazed how quickly every used dish was whisked away as soon as I was done! I forgot my ipad cable and the next day it way already in the mail to me -- kindness itself! Thank you Hotel Loisach for a great holiday! This was our second adventure to this area and this hotel and both times were just as good. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have wifi throughout the hotel instead of just on the ground floor.

Lifeless, deserted and really weird in places. We just checked in and are cutting our visit to Austria short by a day to leave here early. It seems all the lovely reviews about it being family run are from history. There is no reception, just keys in a self serve locker. There is no restaurant, though apparently there is breakfast. The photos are incredibly misleading. Our toilet is literally a plywood box built into the WARDROBE! See photo for evidence. Gets one extra star for self serve bar but that’s in a dark, closed-looking area.

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location ( especially for skiing) in Lermoos. Positives include the friendly staff who were all very helpful, the lovely food available throughout the day and the proximity to the ski slopes. They were also very accommodating to our dog who really enjoyed her stay.
We were in a good sized room on the 3rd floor with lovely mountain views from the balcony. Although rather basic, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The hotel is very child friendly and accordingly we did sometimes hear the little darlings playing in the rooms and corridors on the floor above, however all was quiet at night.
As previously mentioned the food quality was good with an excellent breakfast selection, lunch buffet, afternoon snacks and good selection of dinner options, including childrens menus.
We didnt use the leisure facilities because the pool in particular was very popular with families with constrictive opening times, however the facilities looked very good and there was plenty to keep families occupied.
There were onsite parking facilities and plenty of storage for our winter sports equipment.
Overall we had a good stay.

It seems my bad review got deleted of a few weeks ago. Disgrace. Only pro is location of the hotel and good breakfast Paid 500 Eu for 3 nights 2 weeks ago. As described in other reviews: - Toilet literally in the Wardrobe Plywood - Shower Cabin in the middle of the room - No decoration - Worn down Carpet - Horrible service by KeyOne, I complained about the room to Booking.com. Booking spoke with KeyOne and KeyOne stated that they NEVER heard of such issues. Basically saying I am a Liar. - TV in useless Spot - Bathrobe in bad condition - In the pics on Booking.com it was not clear that the rooms would look this horrible - Water in Swimming Pool is very cold - No Fridge and or Water Boiler in the rooms I feel totally ripped off. That This hotel has such a high rating is absolutely not understandable. Or people have just VERY low standards. I stay due to my work in many hotels, but this ome hit the lowest standard. And the Hotel doesnt have any soul. No personnel

I would always come back because of: - super friendly team - cozy, family atmosphere - food (half board is great) - location (fantastic view from most of the rooms) - Spa and pool - great for all sports (skiing, hiking, cycling etc.)

We had a very pleasant stay. All members of the family and all personnel are always there for you, with a smile and very efficient. The hotel has everything you can ask, there is nothing to complain. The in -out swimming pool and the food were the high lights. Ski area and hotel placements are perfect for families and ski lessons. We would definitely recommend it Thank you all

We have just returned from a ski break. Our family has stayed in the Sports Loisach many times over the last 10 years. The Loisach is a truly wonderful family hotel. The Rieder family who run the hotel are most welcoming and all the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. The food is delicious especially the breakfast. The new saunas are gorgeous and the whole hotel is spotless. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for wonderful break. I highly recommend the Loisach. Fiona

I have stayed in this hotel a few times and I just adore it. Not only is it comfortable and cosy but the family run aspect gives it quite a unique feel. The food is delicious and the breakfast is a dream. I love the service. The hotel is located so near the nursery slope It is just a short walk. You can even ski up to the hotel if there is good snow.
