Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. No bar for the evening, nothing closeby for drinks in the evening without a drive. No restaurant inside, you have to go to the neighbors for diner. For skiing you have to take a bus or car.

I spent 3 nights at this charming, reasonably priced hotel with my 3 teenage children. We all really enjoyed our stay. Very pleasant staff. The room was perfect, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. Very quiet even though the hotel was packed with visitors. We used the top class gym, the sauna & the steam room. We played ping pong. There was ample parking. Good breakfast. The hotel was spotlessly clean. We would all very much like to stay at the hotel again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the mattress was comfortable enough, but those were the only pros of this stay. We booked this hotel because it advertised quiet rooms and a spa, but the rooms were VERY loud and the spa is only open from 4pm-8:30pm. Our room was above a car wash, so every time a car came in there was an incredibly loud rumbling. I cannot ski because of an injury, so while I had expected to be able to relax while my husband was on the slopes, I had to pay more money to go somewhere else to rest during my holiday. The breakfast was standard European continental fare, but the coffee was so weak it may as well have been water. Would not recommend to friends.

Town is nice and the hotel is comfortable and quiet. Room was good, bed was all right too. Staff was polite and professional. Breakfast is pretty standard and hot water in the shower took too long. Conclusion: it’s fine.

Completely different from the pictures. Room, including the bathroom, was really old and did not look anything like the picture at all. It also gets very noisy. People stay out at the restaurant until really late and it gets loud. We couldn't sleep until really late. The individual who helped us check-in in the evening was quite pleasant and helpful, but the male staff, seemed like the owner, was rude and unpleasant. You have to go to the gas station to make the payment if paying with a credit card.

I am starting to feel that some of the reviews and ratings on here are not genuine - I certainly won’t be relying on them again! But I am reviewing this in the hope to help other travellers. The location of this hotel is poor by Austrian standards. A busy road on one side, and a Train lone in the other. The hotel has 2 parts. The one in most pictures is the newer part, but our room was in the older neighbouring part. There is a petroleum station at the front of the hotel (which looks like it belongs to the hotel). We could smell the diesel from our room at the side of the hotel. The place felt “tired” and the lift smelt like it had been transporting wet dogs. We wouldn’t recommend this place unless you are just passing through and want a bed for the night of “travel lodge” standard.

We stayed here on our way through Austria. We had a family room on the 4th floor around the back of the hotel. This gave us a beautiful view of the mountains and no view of the petrol station at the front of the hotel, so it might be worth requesting if the view is important to you. The room was spacious and clean with modern amenities. Breakfast was a choice of cold meats and cheeses, toast and cereals. Evening meals are not provided but the hotel next door has a restaurant or it is a short walk/drive into the pretty town. There is a gym and soft play area downstairs but we did not use them. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an outdoor swimming pool a few minutes walk down the road, with some water slides and stunning views of the mountains. Entry is free with your hotel pass and I would highly recommend this on a hot day. Overall very pleasant.

Friendly owner and staff. But the location is not optimal. It really is right on the main road and it is right behind a gas station that is part of the ownership. This detracts from the ambience. Also it does not have the beautiful view of Zugspitz that many of the other hotels in town have. The photos are a bit misleading.

If you are going skiing this is a perfect choice. it is a few minutes ride out of the direct little town but it doesn't matter, the ski bus stops in front of the hotel. Downstairs is a ski room to store all your stuff. the hotel itself is very nice, the apartment we had was extremely clean and was cleaned every day. kitchen was stocked enough (missed and oven) and living space was big - enough room to have the friends over for dinner 4 adults and 4 kids. sleeping rooms big and good; one room for the kids/bunk beds and 1 room for us. tons of closet space. breakfast was really good (missed having some warm items but ok) and downstairs was a huge play gym for the kids (with window to the adult fitness so you can train and watch the kids.) we really enjoyed our stay, they were friendly and it was a good choice. beds were good and no lack of hot water for shower. wifi was a bit slow especially in evening.

The cute town of Lermoos was a perfect location to explore this area of Austria and Germany. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. Our main complaint is that we enjoyed having our balcony door open or sitting on the balcony to enjoy the amazing view, but every evening and morning people would go out on their balcony to smoke. We are not smokers so this was very annoying to us. The breakfast was good, however the coffee from the machines was not. The attendant at breakfast, Adolph, was so pleasant, always had a smile on his face and ready to help. The sauna was also great after a day of hiking or exploring.
