Now I have to write a review after some stays. I was with my 3 children, as well as alone and with my partner already several times in the Moor. The last time in the summer of 2024 as a couple - we drove directly into the Moor in the morning after a detour from Munich. Since we had only a short journey, we thought that we could have breakfast in the Moor - we would have been enough a croissant and a coffee. Unfortunately, we were informed that we would be charged another 25,- Euro for this - which shocked us a bit, which was not a bit more flexible here and simply asked us for our wishes and could serve us a little something with a pot of coffee in the Barbereisch, and moreover, since the hotel is anyway not quite cheap via the WE and I would actually call myself a regular by now. Here I lacked a bit the fine feeling at the reception to respond to our wishes. Furthermore, 2-3 stays ago, I had made the spa manager aware of some deficiencies in the spa area that had still not been remedied in the last stay - which disappointed me quite a bit, as it was little things that make the care lacking... Very, too bad because I just find the attention to detail, should it be worth the hotel that the smallest defects are fixed. We, a family with two teenagers, stayed at the Mohr Life Resort Hotel in Lermoos for a week in May 24. We booked the hotel on the recommendation of our friends and came back delighted. The view alone, which you can enjoy from the large terrace and in the spa area below, is an absolute dream. The service, friendliness and attentiveness of the staff are particularly noteworthy here. It is super clean everywhere, really just to make you feel good. The food and the selection of dishes is of a very high standard. We were particularly impressed by the relaxed and quiet atmosphere in the hotel, despite the fact that it is quite a large hotel. This is definitely not the last time we will be there. The hotel is also ideal for short trips, to just switch off completely, be pampered and unwind. All in all, a hotel that we can warmly recommend.

We are used to luxury hotels. This was supposed to be a very good one. Unfortunately, for 3000 euros for 6 nights, we ended up semi-burried in a very old room, with direct view on the street on one side and on a wall on the other side. Condition of the bathroom was also terrible, old shower and broken sink. We complaine. The staff acknowledged it is the worst room but still, they didn’t offer any solution and they will keep selling it again and again to future visitors. A shame.

We were just horrified and speechless. With a room price of more than 500 euros per night, we started a short break with justified expectations. But the disappointment was great. The rooms were shabby, the sink was clogged, the carpet in the room looked unkempt. We preferred not to think about cleaning. The wellness area was also partly dirty: traces of sweat in the sauna, calcified infusion installations, headrests that had broken apart, and the ice pool was black with dirt in the corners. The mosaic tiles in the pool were peeling off and the temperature of the two outdoor pools was far too cold to stay. Although we had already discussed the deficits with the senior manager on site, no one seemed to be interested. The food was a flop! There was little choice at breakfast, a lot of pre-packaged food, it didn't seem fresh. Dinner topped it all off. Starter buffet, salads on ice, carelessly arranged. Ready-made crab salad, ready-made coleslaws - little fresh. It was very sobering and varied. Always the same. We are used to far better things from other hotels in this category. Plastic sets, paper napkins and paper cups are also not part of the basic equipment of a 4* hotel. In some taverns the atmosphere is more elegant and cozy. In the Mohr, desire and reality are light years apart. The price-performance ratio bears no relation to the conditions we found. So even the great view of the Zugspitze cannot make up for the shortcomings. We'll definitely never come back!

The entrance & bar area is tasteful and nicely set up, but service and food definitely requires an upgrade. For a Vegetarian burger they offered a Barbecue Sauce with a flavor of smoked ham. The bun and lettuce was completely soaked and half of the fries was raw. When the waitress asked how the dish was and I explained the situation she shrugged with the shoulders and cleared the table. The lady at the reception was also not interested in our complaint. Since we are talking about a respective hotel they should show interest in their guests and take the concerns seriously. The food was rather 2 stars and not really digestible.

We were at the Hotel Mohr in Lermoos for the first time at the weekend and had booked the Adlerhorst suite. When we arrived we were offered a free upgrade because our suite had apparently been booked twice. However, the penthouse was a few minutes away. The penthouse was on the other side of Lermoos and could only be reached with a golf caddy. For a wellness weekend, this would certainly not be an upgrade, but definitely a downgrade. I would have preferred honest communication here and no blabla. It feels very much like a rip-off. In general, the Hotel Mohr is very nice and the view of the Zugspitze is unparalleled. The spa area is also very nice and spacious. Only the opening times are very strange. Outdoor pool only from 10 a.m., sauna area only from 12 p.m. Incomprehensible. The food was not really good and the buffet was often empty and not refilled. Some of the staff were excellent, but most were rather bad-tempered and not worthy of a 4*S hotel. For us this will certainly be our first and last stay at the Mohr Life Resort....

We have been treating ourselves to 2-3 days of relaxation at the Mohr for years. We have also been to other wellness hotels in this price category, but have not been able to find anything better. Everything is just right here: incredibly beautiful design, friendly staff, delicious food and lots of sports to go with it. The best thing is the huge, varied wellness area. You can walk quite a few meters here and you might feel a bit overwhelmed by the number of pools and saunas at first, but everyone really can find their own personal niche to relax here.

The view of the Zugspitze is incredibly beautiful. The massages were extremely good, and my husband was finally able to get rid of a tension that had existed for some time. Unfortunately, there was not always someone handy at the pool bar, here would be QR code helpful, so you could order a cool drink at the bar via these codes.
