Awful. Stayed here with a group of friends for one night in October. To be fair, a few of the rooms were ok, but the majority were very tired, the bathrooms were in desperate need of renovation, and we had a mix of shower experiences - some were too hot, some were too cold, very few were ok. No breakfast.... More

Hello Chris (CeeJay, very cool lol). If you remember, your company Select Business Finance nr Wolverhampton, booked all of our hotel for your golfing group. You were aware that there was no breakfast included as it was discussed when we worked out a preferential room rate for you. If you remember, you received our Terms & Conditions of Booking which... Just had 3 nights here, visiting family in Burham. Rooms slightly dated but clean & with all working amenities, so was fine. Beds defo hard & lumpy though, so back sufferers be a little wary. Nicely situated for lots of cafes, pubs & local high street. Has its own comfy little bar which we frequented and wifi that also reached... More

Booked into the Royal Clarence for just the one night to attend a friend's birthday party at the nearby Ritz Club. Was honestly expecting to find just another run-down and tatty seaside hotel but couldn't have been more surprised! Staff were friendly and helpful and my room was spotless and modern (I assume the hotel has had a recent refurbishment... More

Having read mixed reviews was pleasantly surprised. We had a room with a sea view the room was clean towels changed everyday. Hotel in a good position with a pleasant bar and not overly priced. Would definitely stay here again. ,

Bed was very hard and a bit lumpy. Staff were accommodating and pleasant. Location good on the sea front and must be lovely in summer. Good access to town but not much happening in Burnham out of season and mid week. Room was a bit stuffy but was warm and clean.

This hotel kind of served it's purpose as a stop-over to break up a long journey to Cornwall but I probably wouldn't stay there again. It was clean and tidy and the en-suite bathroom was modern and pristine and a pleasure to use. Check in was a bit 'meh' - the man behind the bar could just about be bothered... More
