We were on our way overland through Negros and Panay moving towards Borocay and so Kalibo represented a last stop before the last morning leg to Borocay. This place seemed like a reasonable stopover choice and the wifi was purported to be strong, a rarity in the Philippines. We stayed overnight with my cousin and check-in around 4am and has been charged extra Php100 per hour after 12noon as their policy based on standard check-in/ check-out. We asked for consideration but failed considering that we are also locals. This small inn just wanted to get money with international hotel policy without realizing they are just inn and not...

We stayed here after our flight was delayed pushing us to head to Caticlan the next day. I love the location. It is just beside the vans that will take you to Caticlan and just across a 24-hour convenience store and 2 minute walk to McDonalds. They offer Wifi with one of the biggest bandwidths in Kalibo.
