We stayed here for one night on our way to Provence. The lady owner was extremely charming and was really good fun. We had a 2-bed apartment which was very reasonable, the main bedroom was large but the other double was quite small. Furnished nicely, amazing house, pool was nice. The lady Nicole recommended we order takeaway pizza which we...

Good location. Easy to find. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Really liked the honesty bar for our evening nightcap. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating and had no problem that we arrived late after having a meal in nearby Vienne.

We recently spent a night at the hotel and were extremely impressed by its setting and comfort. The Hotel is just outside Vienne, and a few minutes from the Gallo Roman ruins in Vienne and the Wine Country on the left Bank of the Rhone. It is located on a large gated property which allows for hassle free and safe...

The hotel was rather dark and decorated in an old fashioned style; but was set in a large garden with a medium-sized pool for use of the guests. The room was tired and the shower was poor. Breakfast was somewhat ad hoc with elements coming at different times, although overall it provided everything one required. The owner and her colleague...

We spent a night here after the long drive down from Dover en route to Antibes. The room was very comfortable and rustic with a beautiful view over the lovely gardens. The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful, would highly recommend a stay in this delightful hotel. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of meats cheeses, eggs, fruit, cereals and...

This is a quaint and pleasant chateau that is excellently run by very friendly and helpful staff. More an inn than a hotel. The rooms are a bit worn and the bathroom needs new wall covering (shower was a hand held in a tub), but the main floor is tastefully decorated, there is always great music playing, and everyone there...

La Gabetiere offers a warm welcome and comfortable accommodation in a 16th Century mansion. Nicole and the Gabetiere "family", including "Appy", the friendly, ever on duty guard dog, made our 4 night stay a pleasure and we recommend the hotel to any traveller through this beautiful region of France. BTW the breakfast is great.
