The hotel staff was very friendly and patient with our lack of French speaking ability. Our room was clean, quaint and well worth the money. The food at their onsite restaurant was exceptional. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we visit this wonderful country!

Given wrong room on arrival but service great after that. Stayed in Room 27 for 1 week so at the top of a very steep hill. Dedicated parking space but usually taken by others. Quiet location with a private, grassed area at the front and sun loungers to enjoy the view. Rooms lower down are nearer to the pool but...

Great place to work your heart. Very steep if you choose the rooms at the top, which are quite nice. I used the steep hill as my gym, walking up & down the hill for an hour. Wonderful workout. Large rooms, very clean. Good restaurant.

Spent 2 weeks at this lovely resort, couldn't have wished for a better place, it has everything you need for self catering, lovely grounds well maintained, amazing views from the top but a steep climb, lovely pool wasn't busy except for 1 day of our stay, close to beach just across the road, small shop for provisions about 100meters away...

The big draw here is the beach – which is only about 5 minutes walk away. The cabins were ok. Ours looked a little tired. The pool was nice. And there was a restaurant that looked pretty busy – although we didn’t eat there. This is probably the best place to stay in the area -due to location rather than...

We stayed in room 27 which is right at the top of the hill. We were daunted by this at first but it was very peaceful and we had a lovely view so it was worth the climb. The whole place is a well maintained tropical garden with great trees and flowers. There is a superclean pool and the restaurant...

Great location across the main road from one of Guadeloupe's jeweled beaches -- great for swimming and snorkeling (north end). The property is well-maintained and patio kitchens are awesome places to cook (and smell the wafting odors of your neighbors' cooking). The pool is clean and inviting, and was seldom crowded. The tropical garden setting makes you forget there's a...

Having read prior reviews, we requested a room at the higher elevation of the resort upon booking but never received an acknowledgment of the request. Upon arrival, we were placed in the exact opposite and were very disappointed with the backwater location and room in desperate need of an upgrade. NO WAY we would have lasted a week there, and...
