The Airone Wellness Hotel has 62 rooms which include from the double rooms to the familiar rooms, differentiated in several typologies: standard, superior panoramic and junior suite, almost all have a balcony. Rooms are provided of the necessities for spending a nice stay, in each one there’s a private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries, free mini-bar, TV Sat LCD with 32-inch screen, air conditioning, strongbox and tea facilities to allow to the guests to have always a hot drink whenever he want. Of the 62 rooms, 11 are placed in the Depandance, a three-storied building easy to reach directly from the parking, and enjoy a panoramic view on a grassy patio overlooking the eastern shore.

Perfect hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The garden and pool are fantastic and Mount Etna is nearby, so highly recommended for excursions. The view was beautiful from our room with large terrace. I can only recommend it.

The location was great! It takes you only 15-20 minutes to arrive at the craters of Etna (Crateri Silvestri). The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. They gave us great tips for our trips. The wellness area was wonderful too and we spent a lot of time there. The rooms are good and facilities too. We definitively recommend you to stay there!

Was a very bad experience. I went there with my mum and we choose to spend time inside the spa and also we choose some treatments. They first didn’t give us enough time then we had to do the massage separate, and after that because my mum went before me when she came back was closing time apparently they just drop her in the hall with all the bags and wet hair saying to her now it’s close. When I came back after my massage I was thinking she was enjoying the spa for the half an hour but in fact she was left in the corridor waiting for me since I started the massage. After that I had to change my clothes in the commonal toilet which wasn’t really a problem but we didn’t have even a hairdryer. We had to leave there with wet hairs both of us which did made us become sick in the afternoon. Also we called before going to ask what we need to bring qnd the lady said about bringing everything like towels bathrobe etc. which in fact we didn’t use nothing , but mostly they didn’t even say to us “oh it will be closing time , so perhaps bring your hairdryer “ or maybe something as “if we would like to change the time because we would have not have time to change properly “ they just told to us to get a room just to shower and change but they didn’t even explain to us. And we said why would we have to get a room for just 1 hour ? We could have used our hairdyer in the commonal toilet. Anyway very very very bad experience. Never go there. I just wanted to spend some time between mum and daughter. …

Not recommended!reception kept our ID cards and we spent 2 days looking for these documents, we also filed a police report.we asked many times for hotel to search for ID cards however they kept on telling us to ring again another time. We were sure that our ID cards were at reception but they did not look or search for them. not helpful,at all, arrogant.feedback by manager never received although wrote to them multiple times. Food is not good as well to top up everything. Loss of Identification cards is a very serious event and they kept our ID cards without returning these to us not even upon our departure.

Decent hotel, should be better cleaned though. Room a joke for a 4 star hotel. Bathroom tiny. Restaurant horrible. Never mind what’s on the menu, they bring sth else. Dishes and glasses need to be better cleaned (stains, crusts etc.)

An appealing building with comfortable rooms. A good location for visiting Mt. Etnea. The in hotel restaurant is decent. The views are nice and the pool is inviting. Our room had a nice size balcony overlooking the pool and the town of Zafferana below. Not much to see or do in town but there are a couple of decent restaurants. The staff was very helpful and always available.

The people are very friendly and helpful, the food is excellent with a nice wine selection. The rooms are roomy, clean and nicely appointed. The view out to the Mediterranean is incredible. The only disadvantage is the location isolated on a steep hillside with narrow winding roads. There is no place to walk or hike and you don't want to walk on these roads. Any trip away from the hotel will require either a taxi or your own car. Taxi prices seemed very high to me. Too bad the hotel doesn't have a shuttle into town.

We stayed in this hotel for five nights, when visiting Catania, on bed and breakfast basis. It is a medium sized old worldly hotel within a few miles on Mount Etna. Rooms are good sized and well equipped with four / five star hotel facilities. Outdoor swimming pool was cold and unusable. It has an excellent spa. Breakfast was average. Staff was polite and helpful.

Hotel is very well located with a amazing view. It has two beautiful outdoors swimming pool (one for children) with hydro massage. Also the wellness center is nice, with an amazing idromassage pool. Rooms are clean.

The hotel was splendid. What made it for us was the friendliness and kindness of ALL the staff. The food was great and well priced. We stayed 4 days and have just returned. Ee will stay longer next year. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel. See you next year for sure. You were magnificent!
