I stayed in a private bungalow for 2 nights. They're aging but still comfortable and I had no complaints. The real selling point is the tea plantation and view of the escarpment. Simply stunning sunrises and even more spectacular sunsets. I felt like a British colonialist, minus the pith helmet and convoy of elephants. The food at the restaurant was standard fare and won't win any prizes but nor will it leave you hungry either. Keep an eye out for amazing insect life too. I saw some of the biggest bugs and mantises you're likely to ever come across. Welcome to the jungle!

Beautiful stay in a beautiful environment. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit sad that they close the restaurant at 5pm during COVID-19. We had early good dinner and we might rest early. Also good. :-) Thank you

Stayed in the Lofty cottage for two. Firstly, let me establish that I’m a mosquito magnet, so I had to fumigate my room upon discovering 3 mosquitos buzzing about (reception had kindly provided me with a spray). The room was spacious and comfortable but could do with an additional clean. One of the clothes hangers was mouldy which I understand may be due to the climate; I would suggest switching to plastic instead of wood as circumvent this. Amenities include packets of soap and shampoo. Water and glasses were provided although the glass was quite dirty. Remember to switch on the water heater before you have your shower. And note there is no hairdryer. Good air conditioning for the room and beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. Dinner was satisfying. The stay was an experience but one night was enough for me (can you tell I'm not a country person?) Disclaimer: this was part of a Trip a Deal tour.

We only stayed here one night, I would have been happy to stay longer, it was small, but comfortable. There is a TV, good air conditioning and really comfortable beds. Nice and clean really friendly staff.

We participated in both the factory tour with set lunch and the tea harvesting with sabah tea and sandwich. We enjoyed both activities conducted by our tour guide Henry who was very knowledgeable and hospitable. Set lunch was such a generous spread that we could go without dinner that day.
