Though its a small lodge, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple yet tasty. Had our dinner teice and are pretty satisfied. The lodge provides transport services to nearby sights at affordable rate too.

The view from the restaurant was magnificent. Its straight view of Mount kinabalu. I stayed in room with mount view for 2 nights. For me, the view is not satisfying because its blocked abit by the roof. The room is ok, the bed and pillow are just ok, the heater take sometime to start, the water pressure is very slow. My room is quite noisy when walk and i can hear the beside room quite clearly. The breakfast is just ok but quite a big potion. The view for the breakfast was amazing. Overall its just OK.

I had very nice and great experience having my short vacation at Nabalu Kundasang Hotel. I really want to give my compliment to this reception/front line boy name Hillarion. Very nice, helpful and he deserve my 5 star rating for his service. From check in to my food, everything was properly and clearly brief by this staff Hillarion. Good job and keep it up for your front line staff. I cant give my full star to f&b section. Its upset me a bit but still im satisfied with overall. Price was reasonable, food just okay and some are delicious. You should give more training to f&b staff about the 5S and customer service job scope. I dont like everytime i ask for something like fork, extra drink with charges and etc they seems dont like guest request, and give unhappy face.not all of them just few.so i give f&b dept for 3.9 star only. Room was very nice, clean. Me & family have a great sleep for our stay. We love it!

Searched around for birthday cake to celebrate my friend’s birthday & found this shop. The cake outlook was just very old fashioned cream cake & not as fancy as those in town. We don’t expect to finish this half kg cake by just four adults & one kid. To our surprise, the cake was sooooo yummy in which each of us have 2 big slices & can’t stop eating this lightly texture & fresh cream cake (after steamboat dinner)! Really unexpected to have such a good cake in Kundasang. Highly recommended!

If you’re ever in Kundasang town and starving, the Puteri Nabalu Restaurant is worth a visit. Service is fast, food is awesome. Staff are always smiling and they treat you like an old friend. Prices are bearable but you get huge portions. I had fried kway teow with seafood and the portion was definitely for two. Tasty and not too oily. Plus the view of the Kundasang valley and Mount Kinabalu is terrific. Highly recommended!
