We booked through Agoda. Check-in was smooth with a deposit of RM 50 + Tax. There is no breakfast included and there is very limited choice of food in the cafeteria. From the main road, it is accessible one car per way and be careful as there is a steep road to the room from the receptionist. The room is well maintained but needs to be upgraded one day. Amenities only include towels, cups, and soaps. The TV connection was good too. Overall, it's a good stay.

The room that they provided is not same with the pictures in the all websites. Its deep inside the jungle where the road is terrible.OH,do remember if your are in trouble,dont get your hopes up because even the receptionist are unprofessional and un experience to even smaller situation. Moreover the experience of the hotel was like staying in a hunted house where the outside of the room looks more safer than the inside of the room.

Lack of safety. Stay at your own risk!! The hotel is actually in the middle of the jungle and nobody will be there to assist you if anything happen to you or your family. NO FRONT OFFICE AT NIGHT. NO SECURITY. NO LIGHTS IN THE WHOLE HOTEL. The hotel is managed by some notorious people. Beware!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The road to our can consider as ‘scary’. Luckily we hired a high cc car, if not i think we wont be able to reach our room. So advisory for those who are driving to think twice. However, the staff is very helpful. They answer all our queries nicely.

Bedsheets were dirty, towels had a nasty smel. Tons of insects and mosquitoes at night, one cockroach crawled into my luggage and it was a nasty surprise. Another shared the bathroom with me. The bathroom is worse than a public toilet, it stinks and the walls are plain gross. You also don’t want to look too closely at all the furniture or walls or anything as the more you see, the more grossed out. Nobody makes the bed the next day. Service is terrible. They gave one roll of toilet paper provided for 5 people, and I called for more toilet paper but nobody came for hours. Btw, there is no phone in the room, you call using your mobile phone, internationally. No restaurant and no breakfast. We ordered their overpriced Fried rice for dinner as it was pouring with rain and it came late, and it tasted disgusting. Oh and the drive up was treacherous and the road was bad.…
