I stayed here with my boyfriend for a couple of nights and found it to be very relaxing and set in beautiful gardens with lots of humming birds and varius other species as well as other wildlife. The bar was limited but sufficient and very reasonably priced with cocktails for $5 each. I loved the bedrooms which are of a...

We had found this hotel through trip advisor and it's everything and more! Super innovative in the architecture using reclaimed wood, recycled tires and tin. It really is pretty impressive. The owner, Joel, is pretty much always there to help check in his guests and get them comfortable right away. His is incredibly funny & sweet. His team was also...

We enjoyed our stay at Celeste Mountain Lodge very much. It's the perfect place to stay to explore the National Park and explore the surroundings. The food was excellent and some of the best we tasted in Costa Rica. The staff and owners of the Lodge were very friendly and the rooms were beautifully furnished. Thanks for making our stay...

Splendid! In the middle of nature...with a lot of care from the owner and his great team. We were there only one night but it was one to remember. Nice situated on the way to the Tenorio park. What an atmosphere. Clear rooms.

Thoroughly enjoyed our brief visit to the Lodge. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the lodge itself is an attractive structure. Our room was quite basic but comfortable...with a long view up to the volcano ridge. Unexpected pleasure was to find that we were in the middle of a French enclave. French travel agencies have targetted this area. The welcoming...

Stayed here for one night after hiking in Tenorio Volcano National Park. Room was spacious with beautiful views of their stunning grounds. Food is included and was quite good. They even packed a picnic lunch for us to take on our hike, which was very thoughtful. Also enjoyed the 2km hike on the property. Overall, beautiful grounds, thoughtful staff and...

The architecture and design here are very much modern in their sensibilities--clean lines, open indoor/outdoor spaces, recycled/repurposed materials. The setting is of natural beauty--overlooking rainforest hills and valley, birds all over the place (especially in their private hiking reserve)--I included photos of a few I saw on the lodge grounds. The foot is excellent, and even though it's served family...

My family and I had a great weekend with comfortable accommodations and an excellent staff. The location is close to the National Park which is one of the highlights of the weekend as well as the sunset over the mountains to the west of the lodge. The garden in front of the lodge is magnificent. They also provide meals for...

The Celeste Mountain Lodge is an excellent birding place. We stayed there three nights. It is clean, nice rooms and very very friendly. The meals they serve are an experience in itself. We recommend it.
