Acceptable place to stay if you just want cheap affordable hotel in that location. Don’t expect too much. Basic in many ways but acceptable mostly.

The breakfast is good.

Wifi doesn’t work at all. Can connect to the wifi, but there is no internet access at all. Don’t bother to try.

Provided: toothpaste toothbrush comb shaver etc

Spent two nights on work meetings here- Not such a great place- dark dingy rooms with very mediocre service and bad breakfast. Location wise also not so great - far from most places.I would not recommend this place if you are on a visit or holiday.

My wife and I stay here after our wedding reception. Nothing impressive about this hotel as it is located along the Sg Besi highway. Don’t expect to get the serenity or an impressive view of the city, you just can get either highway view, building view or in our case the ‘Petrol Station View’.

But the room was clean and spacious (we got superior king-bridal room) , and we got the complimentary snacks and sparkling juice in the room and there were rose petals on the bed. The breakfast spread was decent.

My complaint was just with regards to the check out process which was a little bit slow as the front desk staff cannot confirm whether there was any remaining charge that we have to pay and since we were running late for our next reception we just left and told the staff that we would come back again on Monday….which we did.

I have stayed in the Nouvelle Hotel this year, which is located in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This Malaysian hotel is worth the price.

In term of location, I think it's pretty good as it sits along the highway. It's pretty close to Universiti Putra Malaysia too; I totally recommend this hotel for families who are in search of a nice hotel to stay in before attending any graduation ceremonies or seminars that are held at the university.

As for the environment, the room which I stayed in was pretty good and clean -the only think I was not so pleased about was the fact that the bathroom had no lock on it. I feel more secure if it has a bathroom door lock tho. There was no mineral water available in the refrigerator, which I find quite unusual as most hotels (even the most budget hotels) would have at least 2 bottles in every refrigerator -that however didn't really bother me. The hotel also offers parking lots for hotel visitors. My next door neighbours were also very considerate -they didn't make too much noise which led me to a good night sleep.

As for hotel service, the staffs were really nice & helpful. Breakfast menu was simple yet delicious; I had Nasi Lemak, fruits and a glass of orange juice. The hotel room prices are also relatively competitive, ranging from as low as RM100 to RM400+

Overall, I had a decent stay here. Try it! :)

The facility is a decent enough hotel, except for the busy streets and the not-so-great location!

The rooms are great! Well maintained property! Restaurant is decent enough, but it offers mostly local cuisine.

Checked in today after a long journey. Very disappointed to get a room with air cond which barely works (just slightly cool). The room also came with a useless fridge (not cold at all). The TV remote control was also not working. Called the reception, but no one answered. Since it was a busy day with many people checking in, we decided to try again later. Same thing - no answer. Only till much later did someone finally pick up the call. They said that they would send someone over, but nobody came. Called a 2nd time an hour later to remind them. After what seemed like eternity, 2 workers (who barely spoke English) finally came. They replaced the fridge... with another one which didn't work also! After calling them the 3rd time, the person on the line said it is normal that the fridge is like that (no, it is definitely NOT normal when the fridge is not even slightly cold!). Subsequently, nobody else came to rectify the problem. Went to our friends' room, and found out that they were having the same problem with the fridge and air cond. Apart from this, the rooms are small and the corridors are dirty with stained walls. The place looks worn and definitely needs to be refurbished. With this in mind plus the poor amenities and service, 1 star is only what this hotel deserves!

The worst carpark entrance system! The gate fence without sensor and hit the car! Asked to fill up incident report but in the end no compensation/action from the management till now!

This is inappropriate hotel! Thanks to the staff that point us to staff's lift, we saw really interesting scene 🐔🐔🐔! This is their way to keep their regular guests.

The last time I stayed in this hotel, it was about 18 years ago. At that time, it was known popularly around there as 'The Mint Hotel'. Some years back, when I drove past there, I noticed that it was closed down. If I remember rightly, it was only this past year or so that it was re-open as Nouvelle Hotel.

I stayed there for 1 night last week, because of a short business trip to Kuala Lumpur. This hotel is what we call locally a 'sales man' hotel: a hotel that is clean and basic enough for spending the night. It is not a place to hang around to enjoy the atmosphere or surrounding.

Car park is actually at the basement of the hotel. If one wants convenient or conspicuous security, one can park the car in front of the hotel for RM15 for 24 hours. As I was driving a German car, I decided to spend the money and parked the car in front.

Breakfast is nothing to shout about. Simple breakfast to cater to the local palate (rice, noodle, sambal paste, porridge) or American (toast with the necessary condiments, friend egg, baked beans).

Overall, this is a hotel most suitable for people passing there for business, or tourist in transit.

Stayed here for 2 nights last week and the hotel itself is decent: good value for money. The rooms are large and the breakfast had a good spread. Free Wifi is available, albeit very slow in the hotel rooms, lobby was ok. Would I recommend this hotel? That depends on why you are visiting KL:
- For shopping trips and vacation: NO. Location is 30mins away from KLCC/Pavilion area and there is no nearby LRT. Nearest shops are the South City Mall and the Mines.
- For visiting relatives in University: YES. Close to the Technology Park Malaysia which sits a few of Malaysia's top universities and it is situated right near the main road, visible from afar.
