hotel generally is clean..its attached to mines shopping centre..the location of the hotel is good if you are on abusiness trip since there is a train station and nearby to KLIA..however if u do not have a car then travelling is by taxi or walking (good exercise) but not sure when the weather is hot.

Stayed here three nights on a business trip because it is close to a customer location. But I will not make that mistake again. The room smelled of mildew, the toilet barely flushed, the breakfast buffet was poor by western and Asian standards, and the front desk staff completely inept! Only the bar staff seemed able to do their job...

So everything negative written in previous reviews is true. The smell, the towels, the mould etc. however I can overlook all of these things...but this right now is unacceptable. There is currently a band playing downstairs which is so loud that it is thumping into our room. Hotel is responsible for this as they have obviously given permission for it...

The hotel is located very near to the Mines Shopping Centre but you still need to walk through the Mines International Exhibition and Conference Centre (MIECC) to get to the shopping centre. Checking-in was a little delayed as there was a mix-up with my booking in the system. The check-in time was 3 pm and we were lucky to have...

Chose to stay here as it is the closest hotel to the Mines Convention Centre MIECC where I had to be. Finding the hotel entrance was a nightmare as there were no directional signages from the main road! Found it only after asking security at the MIECC entrance. Room furnishing and fittings are pretty dated - could use some updating....

I was with my husband for a 2D1N relaxing weekend getaway, and we booked the Superior room. First thing that turned me off was when we entered the room, there was this unpleasent smell in the room and it took a while after we switched on the air-conditioning to get rid of it. 2nd thing was that everything looked old-fashioned...

Stayed at the chalet facing the beach swimming pool for a night with my family. Children were excited when they see the pool however husband and I didnt allowed them to go the pool as it was too dirty. Room was ok. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was so-so.
